You might have thought it would be over if Officer Derek Chauvin somehow defied all odds and beat the trumped-up charges liberals threw at him to satisfy the rampaging BLM mobs. They said all they wanted was a trial, and got one. While Chauvin was ultimately found “guilty,” it was never going to be over. Had his innocence been recognized, the Biden Administration had a Plan B in place to ensure that he would suffer and that B:M and Antifa would be thrown more red meat.
The Star Tribune reports
“If Chauvin were found not guilty on all counts or the case ended in a mistrial, they would arrest him at the courthouse, according to sources familiar with the planning discussions,” the report states. “Now, with Chauvin’s state trial out of the way, federal prosecutors are moving forward with their case. They plan to ask a grand jury to indict Chauvin and the other three ex-officers involved in George Floyd’s killing — J. Alexander Kueng, Thomas Lane and Tou Thao — on charges of civil rights violations, a source said.”
The Minnesota U.S. Attorney’s Office would have bypassed grand jury proceedings by charging him via criminal complaint. He would then be immediately arrested and grand jury proceedings would happen later. This was absolutely political motivated and would have been done this way to feed the hungry crowds of rioters so they would not burn down cities again.
“Prosecutors want to indict Chauvin in connection to two cases: for pinning Floyd down by his neck for more than 9 ½ minutes in May 2020, and for the violent arrest of a 14-year-old boy in 2017. In the latter case, Chauvin struck the teen on the head with his flashlight, then grabbed him by the throat and hit him again, according to court documents,” the Star Tribune says. “The other three ex-officers would be charged only in connection with Floyd’s death.”
Ultimately, for clearly political reasons, Chauvin was found guilty on all charges so this plan never happened. But it could have and would have — and liberals will do this to anyone they don’t like if we don’t stop them.
