(RepublicanWire.org) – President Joe Biden has been a long-time critic of his predecessor’s tax cuts. However, even Biden can’t always ignore reality. As he announced his budget plan on Monday, he was forced to put his pride aside and finally admit that Trump’s taxation policy actually worked.

On March 28, Biden outlined his new budget proposals, which call for a massive $5.8 trillion in government spending. He blasted former President Donald Trump’s 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, but as he was discussing the plans, he claimed it had led to tax cuts and mostly helped the rich. Biden has made this claim before, and attracted a lot of criticism for it – even the notoriously liberal Washington Post awarded him four Pinocchios for his “clearly false” remarks about the tax cuts – but this time the numbers he went on to cite made clear that Trump got it right.

In 2017, before Trump’s cuts took effect, the federal government collected $3.3 trillion in taxes. By 2021, with the cuts still in place, that had risen to over $4 trillion despite the slowdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic; for 2022, it’s expected to be a record-breaking $4.5 trillion. As President Reagan showed in the 1980s, cutting taxes in the right places stimulates economic growth and increases tax revenue. Unfortunately, it isn’t increasing it enough to pay for Biden’s spending plans, but that’s hardly Trump’s fault.

(RepublicanWire.org) – President Joe Biden faces mounting pressure from Americans, especially Republicans like Rep. Ralph Norman, who discusses Ukrainians’ need for self-defense weapons and blasts the Joe Biden administration for stalling during an episode on ‘Fox Report.’

Norman suggests there is a ‘serious’ case building against President Joe Biden that could lead to his potential impeachment. One must ask, why didn’t Russia invade Ukraine when Donald Trump was president?

Former President Donald Trump was impeached twice and that felt like Democrats grasping at straws in an attempt to get Trump out of office as soon as possible. In fact, Trump was impeached twice and neither impeachment gave Democrats any satisfaction, but it wasted a lot of time that Donald Trump could have used to help make America great again.

Unfortunately, Democrats and their morbid need for power may have set the stage for so many future presidents to consistently face impeachments, because it seemed like their desire to impeach Trump was done for personal reasons, rather than looking out for the best interest of America.

With so many corrupt politicians sitting in office, it’s difficult to trust any of them, and Donald Trump was one of the very few people who would cut ties and call people out on both sides of the political spectrum.

It was as if Trump wasn’t playing the game of politics and that certainly contributed to politicians trying to get rid of him.

It was so bad, that Democrats ran with Joe Biden as their lead candidate and now America seems to be suffering in more ways than one.

Perhaps nothing reveals the inept leadership of Joe Biden to the general public than a comedy bit that The Daily Show host Trevor Noah performed on Wednesday which sharply contrasted the utter lack of respect that Biden received from the leaders of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates with what their response would have been to Donald Trump if he were currently in the White House.

Noah was talking about how the American boycott of Russian oil has caused Biden to call the leaders of the countries above, as well as Venezuela, to plead with them to sell the United States more oil to make up the current fuel shortage. Unfortunately for Biden, the Middle Eastern leaders refused to even answer his phone call.

Noah contrasted that refusal to even talk to Biden with what their reaction would have been to Trump if he were still in the White House.

There is no denying that Saudi Arabia isn’t playing ball with Joe Biden. And you know what? You can say what you want, but this would have never happened to Donald Trump. Never. No one was ever ignoring Donald Trump’s calls. Beause if you ignored Donald Trump’s calls, you didn’t know how he would respond. Maybe he’d send an angry tweet, or maybe he’d just, like, ban your country from everything. You don’t know.

That’s why I bet in these situations, Biden actually wishes that he could hire Trump to step in as President Wild Card. You know? Just keep everyone on their toes. ‘Cause if Trump was calling, you best believe the UAE — they’ll be racing to pick up the phone.

“Ah, Mr. Trump! Mr. Trump, we’re here, we’re here, hello?”

“Too late, Ahmed, you made me wait two rings. We’re bombing the UAE and the UFC, just in case.”

This was a very funny yet brutal portrayal of Biden’s ineffectiveness in sharp contrast to Trump played out on popular media. So brutal that it could be played as part of a very effective campaign ad against Biden in 2024… or even this year.

(RepublicanWire.org) – Footage emerged on social media Monday morning showing former President Donald Trump warning Americans of record-high gas prices should Joe Biden be elected to lead the United States.

“We have more oil than anybody. You’re playing $2 for a gallon of gasoline. That’s like a tax cut. That’s better than tax cut. If Biden got in, you’d be paying $7… Then they’ll tell you to get rid of your car,” explained Trump.

(RepublicanWire.org) – Critics of former President Donald Trump have accused him of being a puppet of Russian President Vladimir Putin and have mischaracterized his assessment of his strategy in the war with Ukraine as support for it.

But on Saturday, when speaking to a group of Republican donors, the former president made his feelings on the war known to anyone who still had questions about them, but he still took swipes at NATO, which he believes is a “paper tiger,” CBS News reported.

“Are all of these nations going to stand by and watch perhaps millions of people be slaughtered as the onslaught continues?” he said, according to a source. “At what point do countries say, ‘No, we can’t take this massive crime against humanity?’ We can’t let it happen. We can’t let it continue to happen.”

The 45th President of the United States quipped that we should “put the Chinese flag” on F-22 fighter jets and “bomb the s***” out of Russia.

“And then we say, China did it,” the former president said to laughter from the crowd, the source said. “Then they start fighting with each other, and we sit back and watch.”

He also criticized how President Joe Biden has handled the situation by telling Russia what the United States would, and would not, do in relation to the conflict.

“We have to have Biden stop saying that — and this is for everyone to hear — that we will not attack Russia ever because they are a nuclear power, right?” he said. “You know who is saying this? Okay, whether it’s fact or fiction, ‘We will not attack Russia. You see, they are a nuclear power.’ Oh, thanks for telling us.”

He also again hinted about his intentions to win the presidency again in 2024.

“The vote counter is oftentimes more important than the candidate and the Republicans are going to have to get a lot tougher,” he said, the source reported.

“We will see a Republican president reclaim that magnificent White House in 2024,” he said.

His comments came on the same day that Putin said he viewed the sanctions against his nation as being akin to a declaration of war and warned of catastrophic consequences if NATO imposed a no-fly zone, which the White House has said it will not do.

The Russian president said that his goals remained to “demilitarization and de-Nazification” his neighbor nation so that it would be neutral and not a threat, Reuters reported.

“These sanctions that are being imposed are akin to a declaration of war but thank God it has not come to that,” he said to a group of flight attendants at a training center in Moscow for Russian airline Aeroflot.

He said any attempt by another power to impose a no-fly zone in Ukraine would be considered by Russia to be a step into the military conflict. Such a step he said would have catastrophic consequences for Europe and the world.

The NATO military alliance has rejected Kyiv’s request for a no-fly zone, on the grounds it would escalate the war beyond Ukraine into a far wider conflict, potentially pitting the United States against Russia.

Asked about reports that Russian conscripts had been used in Ukraine, Putin said none had been involved and said the military operation was going to plan.

“There is not one conscript and we don’t plan for there to be,” Putin said. “Our army will fulfill all the tasks. I don’t doubt that at all. Everything is going to plan.”

He also dismissed the idea that martial law would be declared in Russia=.

“We don’t plan to introduce any kind of special regime on Russian territory – there is currently no need,” he said.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov accused the Western alliance of nations against Russia of behaving like bandits.

“As you understand, there must be a corresponding response to economic banditry,” he said.

“This does not mean Russia is isolated,” he argued. “The world is too big for Europe and America to isolate a country, and even more so a country as big as Russia. There are many more countries in the world.”

He said that many of the nations boycotting Russia now would someday return, but many would find that their places had been taken by other companies from other nations.

“Russia … has an interest in being attractive for investment. Yes, now is hardly a time when we can talk about being attractive for investment, but times change quickly,” the spokesman said.

“A time of surging economic growth will replace this time. And a time when these same companies will again return to the market, and will be more than interested in catching up on what they’ve missed out on and restoring their positions.

“In some areas, we’ll really wait for them [the companies]. In other places we’ll wait for them less as their places will be taken by companies from other countries,” he said.

(RepublicanWire.org) – Former President Donald Trump revealed how he would handle Russian aggression toward Ukraine if he were in office in a Tuesday interview with Clay Travis and Buck Sexton from his Mar-a-Lago property in Florida.

Trump pointed to his relationship with Russian President Vladimir Putin as a political card he could’ve played to prevent Putin from encroaching on Ukraine.

Putin has recognized two regions of Ukraine as independent countries, ordering Russian military personnel into Donetsk and Luhansk.

President Joe Biden has proved incapable of deterring Russian aggression toward Ukraine, with new sanctions and negotiations failing to de-escalate the tenuous geopolitical situation.

Despite the affable personal relations between the two men, Trump insisted that he would have drawn a line at Putin’s territorial ambitions.

Trump summarized his stance against Putin’s maneuvering in four words.

“I knew that he always wanted Ukraine. I used to talk to him about it. I said, ‘You can’t do it. You’re not gonna do it.’”

Putin moved to acquire territory during the tenure of President Barack Obama as well, largely forgoing aggression during Trump’s presidency.

Trump said the current situation never would’ve amounted to a full-blown crisis if he were still in office.

“This never would have happened with us. Had I been in office, not even thinkable. This would never have happened.”

The 45th president described Putin’s decision to call Russian troops entering Ukraine “peacekeepers” as “genius,” suggesting he’d consider a similar strategy to secure the southern U.S. border.

“So Putin is now saying, ‘It’s independent,’ a large section of Ukraine. I said, ‘How smart is that?’ And he’s gonna go in and be a peacekeeper,” Trump said of Putin’s plan. “We could use that on our southern border.”

Trump went on to reveal he’d rather deploy American troops to the southern border than to Ukraine.

He also addressed his “extraordinary” polling numbers, arguing that Biden’s poor job performance made him a weak candidate against even the worst possible opponent.

“You take the worst politician in America — I would imagine that that person would be winning” against Biden, Trump said.

Trump also hit Biden on the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, calling it “the most embarrassing moment in the history of our country” and saying he would have removed American troops from Afghanistan with “tremendous strength and dignity and power and respect.”

(RepublicanWire.org) – Although the White House transition from Donald Trump to Joe Biden in January 2021 didn’t exactly follow tradition, there was a bit of a passing of the torch from the 45th to the 46th president.

Trump left a letter for Biden, and during an interview on Friday, White House press secretary Jen Psaki shared some details about it from behind the scenes.

According to Psaki, she was the one who first informed Biden he had been left a letter from his predecessor.

“On my first day before I did my first briefing, I was in the Oval Office talking with him about the briefing and anything he wanted me to convey or what I expected or whatever. And I said, ‘You know, I think you’re going to be asked about the letter that the former president left you,’ and he said, ‘Oh, did he leave me a letter?’” she told actor Rob Lowe on his “Literally! With Rob Lowe” podcast.

“And I was like, am I telling him he was left a letter? I don’t know, OK?” Psaki said. “So I said, ‘I think so. I think, I think that’s what happened.’

“So he kind of looked around for the letter and read the letter while I was sitting there, which was just kind of a remarkable moment.”

According to Mediaite, Biden has not shared any details regarding the letter’s contents except to say that they were “generous.”

Psaki said she doesn’t know what was in the letter but nevertheless recalled it very clearly as one of her “early memories” in the White House.

“He didn’t read it out loud. He read it to himself,” she said of Biden. “And he is such a classy guy, whether people agree with his politics or not, that he didn’t even convey it to us in that moment of what the letter said, he kind of read the letter, consumed it himself.”

That’s not all.

Psaki also told Lowe that the former president’s handwriting was “lovely” and his letter was “very long.”

From this, it seems as though Trump, even in transitioning power to a man he didn’t believe had earned the presidency, was at least thoughtful enough to put together an eloquent message.

That’s not exactly a side of Trump that the Biden administration — or the establishment media — has been willing to portray.

Perhaps he isn’t the unprofessional buffoon the media have made him out to be.

Perhaps he’s a competent leader who is willing to — temporarily and privately — show respect to even those he disagrees with the most.

It’s possible that the letter was not nice, eloquent or even well-wishing.

But if so, it seems unlikely the Biden administration would have kept the letter a secret.

(RepublicanWire.org) – Just moments ago, former President Donald J. Trump issued the following statement critical of how current President Joe Biden is handling Russian President Vladimir Putin and the invasion of Ukraine by Russian troops that is currently underway.

“If properly handled, there was absolutely no reason that the situation currently happening in Ukraine should have happened at all. I know Vladimir Putin very well, and he would have never done during the Trump Administration what he is doing now, no way! Russia has become very very rich during the Biden Administration, with oil prices doubling and soon to be tripling and quadrupling. The weak sanctions are insignificant relative to taking over a country and a massive piece of strategically located land. Now it has begun, oil prices are going higher and higher, and Putin is not only getting what he always wanted, but getting, because of the oil and gas surge, richer and richer. The U.S. was energy independent under the Trump Administration, an independence that we had never obtained before, and oil prices would have remained low. Now, what a mess our Country is in!” – Donald J. Trump

Following the statement being issued by Trump, several presidential historians noted the unprecedented nature of a former president criticizing the current president during a national security crisis of global consequence. Historically, former presidents do not publicly criticize the current president during a threat to national security.

(RepublicanWire.org) – The media loves ridiculous stories about former President Donald Trump and the more tabloid they are the more they cannot resist.

But the 45th President of the United States is hitting back at the newest rumor, that he clogged White House toilets in an attempt to get rid of documents, The Daily Mail reported.

“Following collaborative and respectful discussions, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) openly and willingly arranged with President Trump for the transport of boxes that contained letters, records, newspapers, magazines, and various articles. Some of this information will someday be displayed in the Donald J. Trump Presidential Library for the public to view my Administration’s incredible accomplishments for the American People,” he said in an email from his Save America PAC.

“The media’s characterization of my relationship with NARA is Fake News. It was exactly the opposite! It was a great honor to work with NARA to help formally preserve the Trump Legacy.

“The papers were given easily and without conflict and on a very friendly basis, which is different from the accounts being drawn up by the Fake News Media. In fact, it was viewed as routine and “no big deal.” In actuality, I have been told I was under no obligation to give this material based on various legal rulings that have been made over the years. Crooked Hillary Clinton, as an example, deleted and acid washed 32,000 emails and never gave that to the government. Then, they took large amounts of furniture out of the White House. And Bill Clinton kept numerous audio recordings that the archives wanted, but were unsuccessful at getting after going to court. We won’t even mention what is going on with the White House in the current, or various past administrations,” he said before addressing the story.

“Also, another fake story, that I flushed papers and documents down a White House toilet, is categorically untrue and simply made up by a reporter in order to get publicity for a mostly fictitious book. The Democrats are just using this and the Unselect Committee of political hacks as a camoflauge for how horribly our Country is doing under the Biden Administration,” he said.

“In the United States there has unfortunately become two legal standards, one for Republicans and one for Democrats. It should not be that way!” he said.

New York Times writer Maggie Haberman made the allegations in her forthcoming book, “Confidence Man,” Axios reported.

“While President Trump was in office, staff in the White House residence periodically discovered wads of printed paper clogging a toilet — and believed the president had flushed pieces of paper,” Axios said.

“The engineer would have to come and fix it and what the engineer would find would be … wads of clumped-up printed wet paper,” the reporter said when she appeared on the CNN show “New Day” on Thursday.

Host Brianna Keilar said that, since Trump had “the ability to declassify information,” what Haberman said in her book would be evidence of obscuring documents, or as she said, “so clearly this is trying to hide information.”

Haberman interrupted the host and said, “Brianna, I don’t want to say clearly. I don’t know what his motive is.”

The author also claimed that the former president still maintains a relationship with North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un.

“It is not unusual to maintain some kind of contact with other foreign leaders, former foreign leaders,” she said. “This would be unusual because this is the only one, to my knowledge, that he is staying he is still in touch with. As we know, he had a fixation on this relationship.”

(RepublicanWire.org) – It’s a safe bet no one saw this attack from former President Donald Trump on President Joe Biden and his administration coming. And, with good reason.

The reason is no one could have foreseen Biden’s Department of Homeland Security issuing a new bulletin that warns Americans could be considered terrorists if they post material online that some government bureaucrat believes is misinformation or a conspiracy theory.

In response to the bulletin, Trump is slamming the Biden administration by saying:

“The Biden Administration now says “conspiracy theories” about elections are the greatest threat to the homeland. Does the Department of Homeland Security include in its list of conspiracy theories the on-tape irrefutable evidence of massive “Ballot Harvesting” in the Swing States? Do they include more votes than voters, and the fact that in Georgia thousands of duplicate votes were scanned and voter fraud was committed with 100-0 falsified vote counts for Joe Biden? Do they include in Wisconsin more than twice the election margin voted without ever showing Voter ID, which is illegal, or the widespread fraud uncovered in nursing homes? Or how 23,344 mail-in ballots were counted, despite the person no longer living at that address in Arizona, and that there was over 100% turnout for mail-in ballots in precincts in Pima County. What about the many violations of the Constitution, and the millions poured into Swing States by the Facebook CEO to hijack our elections?

The Biden Administration will do anything to keep the eye away from the massive irregularities and voter fraud that took place in the 2020 Presidential Election, even so ridiculously as going after its own citizens as “terrorists” using DHS, which should instead be focusing on the Border, where millions of people, from places unknown, are pouring into our Country. They are so desperate to hide the truth, they’ll make it criminal to speak it!” –Donald J. Trump

We have a feeling this is a topic that will not go away as more Americans learn about Biden’s highly questionable bulletin. Just like the recent IRS plan to force all Americans to submit selfie-photos – a plan that was just terminated after justified outrage – the idea that Americans can be considered terrorists for posting material online that some government bureaucrat believes is misinformation or a conspiracy theory needs further scrutiny.
