Kamala Harris Blames Congress…

(RepublicanWire.org) – On Friday, Vice President Kamala Harris broke her silence on the repeal of Title 42.

A day after Title 42, the public health decree instituted during the coronavirus pandemic to prevent possibly infected asylum-seekers from entering the nation expired, Harris attended a fundraiser event for the Democratic Party of Georgia in Atlanta.

The Georgia GOP called it “deplorable” when they heard that the Vice President was going to an Atlanta fundraiser while the border was bursting with illegals and the nation was experiencing out-of-control inflation.

Harris, the Border Czar, blithely said at the fundraiser that she heard everything was “going rather smoothly,” choosing to ignore the chaos.

She also casually passed the buck, saying the obligation for addressing the immigration crisis, however, “falls squarely within the United States Congress.”

Harris’s sudden shift in rhetoric to blame Congress for the border situation is reminiscent of the one taken by Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas last week. 

In March of 2021, President Biden tasked Vice President Harris with handling the issue of mass migration. Since she took on this role, CBP reports that border contacts have reached record highs, peaking at over 250,000 in December 2022 alone.

Once detention centers reached total capacity, the Biden administration intended to release migrants without court dates. However, a federal judge in Florida stopped this strategy from being implemented.

Two weeks ago, Judge T. Kent Wetherell II blocked a policy of the Biden administration that would have allowed migrants to be released on “parole with conditions.”

This week, a Border Patrol document detailed a new policy allowing overcrowded Customs and Border Protection (CBP) facilities to release migrants for “urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit.” 

The policy, which requires migrants to schedule an appointment with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) or obtain a Notice to Appear by mail, is described as “parole with conditions” in the memo.

Biden Gave Away His Game Plan…

(RepublicanWire.org) – President Biden was in Mexico meeting with the President of Mexico Andrés Manuel López Obrador and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. He delivered some remarks with the two other leaders on Tuesday.

When Biden made his remarks, he gave away his game plan and admitted that he was trying to make it easier for illegal aliens to get into our country.

“We’re trying to make it easier for people to get here – opening up the capacity to get here.” No kidding, we knew that. But here he is finally admitting it.

He then went on to say that Republicans shouldn’t be criticizing him because they were not fully on board with his plans for amnesty. Why should they be? And it’s his obligation to protect our borders, not throw open the doors and make it easier for people to get in. He just went to the border and showed he didn’t learn a darn thing about how out of control the situation has been.

Biden then claimed that people aren’t selling all they own and paying a coyote. But in many instances, that’s exactly what they are doing. It’s costing thousands to get across the border with a coyote from the cartels and Biden has made the cartels rich with his failed policies.

It’s an insane process and Biden has empowered so much criminality, yet he doesn’t seem to even understand it or care.

Biden finished his remarks by saying, “I want the record to show I don’t know what questions I didn’t answer.”

AMLO gave Biden a back-handed compliment. Biden didn’t seem to pick up on what the Mexican President was truly saying.

“You, President Biden, you are the first president of the United States in a very long time that has not built, not even one meter of wall, and that we thank you for that, sir,” AMLO said. Of course, he does, because under Biden, Biden let them all flood into the United States, he wasn’t forcing AMLO to take any responsibility for them, as President Donald Trump did. So yes, it’s a very left-handed compliment and not good for our country.

Meanwhile, Biden was distracted by the airplanes while AMLO was speaking.

GOP Gubernatorial Candidate Warns Biden Time Is Up…

(RepublicanWire.org) – GOP gubernatorial candidate in Arizona Kari Lake went on CBS’ Face the Nation to tell President Joe Biden time is up and he has failed at the border. She said she will form a compact with other states to enforce the border laws if Biden will not.

Major Garrett started by saying, “your website is detailed and specific on the question of immigration and border security. You call, if elected as governor, for Arizona to join other states to form what you call a compact to carry out border security separate from the federal government, including arrest and detention. For the benefit of Arizona voters, can you explain the legal and practical application of this approach?”

Lake expalined, “well, of course, if you know the Constitution, you know that Article 4, Section 4 calls for the federal government to protect us from invasion, and under Joe Biden’s lack of leadership, we just aren’t seeing that. And we have an invasion at our border, the cartels, these Narco terrorist groups have operational control.

And they’re using Arizona to smuggle people, to traffic children and to traffic the most dangerous drug we’ve ever seen, fentanyl. 

And so we’re going to invoke our Article One, Section 10, basically, authority to take care of our own border and protect our own border. It’s right there in black and white in the Constitution.

And we meet all three criteria, we have an invasion, our people are in imminent danger, and time is of the essence. There’s no time for delay.

So we’re going to have other states offer help. I’ve already got a couple other governors who are willing to help out.

And I know that if you ask people in other states that are not border states, they deem this crisis on the border as one of the top issues facing our country–

Major Garrett said, “would Arizona?”

Lake continued, “with young people dying of fentanyl poisoning right now.”

Major Garrett asked again, “would Arizona go it alone if it didn’t get this compact agreement with other states?”

Lake answered, “yes, we will. But I believe we will get help. I’ve already talked to some other governors and they’re- they’re vowing to help us out wherever they can, because they realize that what comes into Arizona, fentanyl, people coming here illegally, children being trafficked, doesn’t stay in Arizona, it goes to all 50 states. And I just spoke last week to a mother and father who lost their son. And it’s just tragic. We’re losing more people to fentanyl in Arizona, since Joe Biden took office than we lost in 9/11 or during COVID.”

AOC Gets Brutally Roasted…

(RepublicanWire.org) – Fox Across America host Jimmy Failla blasted Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) on Friday morning for the congresswoman’s recent video about the “burdens of capitalism.”

“There are quite a few countries that are really struggling because young people, under the burdens of capitalism, are not having kids. We’re not having kids at the same rate! We actually need immigrants to help balance things out,” explained the Congresswoman in a social media post on Wednesday.

Failla roasted AOC, calling her “a low-IQ TikToker who happens to serve Congress.”

Failla said, “you’ve always got to qualify this through the lens of, AOC is a low-IQ TikToker who happens to serve in Congress. Okay, when she says we need immigration because of Social Security and funding, stuff like that. Yes. But the caveat there is we need legal immigration, because legal immigration is what contributes to Social Security and funds the systems. What they’re encouraging on the Democratic side of town is anything but legal immigration. But going one step further, young people aren’t having kids. Yes, they’re waiting longer. But also, your party is championing the idea of not having kids as a badge, abort them. They’re walking around like that’s a badge of honor now. We went from abortion is safe, legal and rare to like ‘I’m so proud it’s abortion Tuesday.”

Biden Blocked By Federal Judge…

(RepublicanWire.org) – A federal judge has blocked the Biden administration from imposing limitations on Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrests, detentions, and removals.

District Judge Michael Newman of the Southern District of Ohio ruled Tuesday in favor of the Republican attorneys general of Arizona, Montana, and Ohio, issuing a preliminary injunction prohibiting President Joe Biden from imposing new guidelines for laws regarding consequences for illegal immigration.

“The States sue because they believe DHS skirted Congress’s immigration enforcement mandates when it issued a policy that prioritizes certain high-risk noncitizens for apprehension and removal,” Newman wrote in his ruling. “DHS contends that seemingly mandatory statutes must be read flexibly to permit efficient law enforcement.”

“At bottom, that is what this dispute is about: can the Executive displace clear congressional command in the name of resource allocation and enforcement goals? Here, the answer is no,” Newman wrote.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen, and Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost sued the Biden administration in November 2021 over the policy revision, which they said “dramatically ties the hands of immigration officers, halting nearly all deportations.”

That month, the Department of Homeland Security, which oversees ICE, issued a permanent guidance to limit whom ICE could arrest and thus remove from the country. The guidance established that ICE officers had to obtain permission to arrest illegal immigrants who had not been convicted of an aggravated felony, were not affiliated with a gang or terrorist network, or had illegally entered the U. S. before November 2020.

“An illegal alien teenager is accused of abducting, kidnapping, and contributing to the delinquency of a 17-year-old girl in Williamsburg, Virginia, Breitbart News has learned.

“Brando Alex Pastor Batz, a 19-year-old illegal alien from Guatemala, was arrested and charged on December 14 by the Williamsburg Police Department on one felony count of abduction and kidnapping along with one misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

“An Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) official confirmed to Breitbart News that Batz is an illegal alien from Guatemala who crossed the United States-Mexico border on an unknown date.” [emphasis added]

And, as it turns out, ICE knew about Brando Alex Pastor Batz years ago but never deported him from the United States when they had the opportunity.

This is every parent’s worst nightmare. The streets of America are already dangerous and violent. The last thing parents want is even more danger and violence from illegal aliens who’ve snuck across the border and then committed crimes against American children.

This is yet another example of why Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have such historically low approval ratings with the American electorate.

The first thing Americans protect from their government – at all levels – is that it protects them from dangerous predators.

The Next Biden Crisis Expected To Explode In 2022

(RepublicanWire.org) – Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., the head of the House Border Security Caucus, is warning that the U.S.-Mexico border is “overrun” after a visit to the border in Yuma, Arizona, and that the situation could get worse in 2022 if the Biden administration doesn’t change course.

Biggs spoke to Fox News Digital after returning from a trip to the border in Yuma, where he saw dozens of migrants streaming into the country in a short space of time — specifically through gaps in the border wall. The Biden administration has halted wall construction, even amid a dramatic surge in numbers of illegal migrants coming to the border.

“What’s happening in Yuma right now, it’s basically overrun,” he said, adding how he saw groups of 30 or 40 migrants walking in at a time. “It’s just so casual. It’s not extraordinary anymore to illegally cross our borders.”

Border numbers have remained stubbornly high throughout fall and winter so far, after decreasing slightly from the more than 200,000 encounters of the summer. In November, agents reported 173,620 encounters at the southern borderr, a staggering increase of 140 percent from the same time last year. 

The figures showed border encounters in November climbed by nearly 10,000 from October, which saw an increase of nearly 130% over from October 2020. Biggs notes that many of the migrants who are encountered will be processed and quickly released into the interior of the United States.

“You see it’s just absolutely open, and you know what’s happening in Yuma is what’s happening in Del Rio, same thing happening in the Rio Grande on a daily basis,” he said.

Yuma law enforcement officials have described themselves as overwhelmed after a surge of illegal immigrants including more than 6,000 people crossed through Yuma in a single week this month.

Since October of this year Customs and Border Protection reported, close to 22,000 encounters in the Yuma Sector. One law enforcement official in the area described the situation as “absolute chaos.”

Biggs, who has been pushing the Biden administration on its response to the crisis for months, said that migrants are zeroing in on and exploiting gaps in the wall and fencing along the border. Other parts of the sector only have short Normandy fences, which are significantly easier for migrants to traverse.

“It’s the gaps — it’s the gaps where you see this happening. And not just there — it’s everywhere I’ve been along the border. It’s the gaps in the fence.”

Biggs believes that the situation will get worse in 2022, saying that the border will likely see more traffic given that the administration is not reversing course on its policies.

“What has been the Biden response?” Biggs said. “[DHS Secretary Alejandro] Mayorkas has done nothing. [Vice President] Kamala Harris goes down there and does nothing, says climate change is the root cause. I’ve talked to folks down in Colombia and Panama, and what you see there are big groups amassing down there, so you’re going to see more caravans coming up.”

As for what could be done to solve the crisis, Biggs offers a number of fixes, including finishing construction of the border wall, ending “catch-and-release” and increasing the number of migrants and illegal immigrants being returned to their countries.

“I would say within a few months, you could solve this problem, but as soon as you start sending people back home, it just dries up a substantial amount of the traffic immediately.”

Texas Does What Biden Won’t

(RepublicanWire.org) – Texas Gov. Greg Abbott showed off the first part of his state-made border wall Saturday, which he labeled a sharp rebuke of Biden’s “failure to do his job.”

Abbott authorized the building of the wall six months ago, and then authorized $3 billion in funding for the Texas Facilities Commission to bolster the building effort. Abbott stressed that the wall stands on either state land or land that private owners agreed to hand over for the wall. 

“Texas is taking what truly is unprecedented action: A state to build a wall on our border, to safeguard the sovereignty of our state and of our nation,” Abbott said during Saturday’s press conference. 

“Already this year there have been over 1.2 million people apprehended coming over the border illegally,” Abbott said, noting the number did not include those who entered undetected. 

He also raised the fentanyl crisis, saying that state authorities have seized “enough fentanyl to kill every man, woman and child in Texas, California, New York, Illinois, and Florida combined.” 

Texas has therefore deemed it necessary to take action and establish a border wall, which is composed of steel bars. A TFC official said the materials and labor will come from local sources, including the steel used to produce the bars. 

Abbott pointed to billions of dollars worth of material from the federal wall project that remains unused, which he said the Biden administration has not agreed to turn over to help with the project. 

Abbott described the wall as just one part of a “multi-pronged” strategy, which will include efforts by the National Guard and the Texas Department of Public Safety to apprehend individuals who illegally cross the border. Texas Land Commissioner George P. Bush praised the speed with which building started and progressed, pledging to continue that pace. 

To demonstrate the building capability, Abbott ordered a section of the wall raised after the press conference – a process that took only around 10 minutes as a crane slowly erected the wall segment, then workers secured it at the base. 

“Once it is completed, it will have multiple detection devices,” Abbott said, adding that the additional detection will allow swift apprehension. 

“People we apprehend will be charged with trespassing to the state of Texas, and those charges will lead to them going to jail,” he explained. Texas has researched a “pre-defense” for any criminal proceedings to ensure that “all procedures will be followed.” 

Abbott also directed Americans to a website where they can donate to the border wall funding, which he said has already totaled more than $54 million in private donations.

Supreme Court Just Dropped Devastating News On Illegals

A unanimous Supreme Court decision spells bad news for illegals who were hoping to stay in the United States permanently. On Monday, SCOTUS ruled that illegals who are in the country can’t stay.

While Democrats are trying to open up our borders and make staying in the U.S. really easy for those who decided to enter illegally, SCOTUS unanimously said “no” to that idea. TheBlaze reports:

The ruling in Sanchez v. Mayorkas, authored by Justice Elena Kagan, could affect tens of thousands of immigrants currently living in the U.S. under Temporary Protected Status, the Associated Press reported.

The case was brought by Jose Sanchez and Sonia Gonzalez, a married couple from of El Salvador who entered the United States illegally in the late 1990s. Later, in 2001, the two were granted Temporary Protected Status in the U.S. after El Salvador was rocked by devastating earthquakes.

TPS is a status granted to foreign nationals from certain designated countries ravaged by armed conflict or natural disaster that allows them to live and work in the U.S. without being subject to deportation.

Then in 2014, Sanchez and Gonzalez applied for “green cards,” or lawful permanent resident status, but were denied, and subsequently sued.

The Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia, however, ruled against them, arguing that they were ineligible under federal immigration law, which requires applicants to have been “inspected and admitted” into the U.S, the New York Times reported.

In Monday’s unanimous ruling, the nation’s top court agreed with that decision.

“The question here is whether the conferral of TPS enables him to obtain LPR status despite his unlawful entry. We hold that it does not,” wrote liberal Justice Elena Kagan. “Lawful status and admission, as the court below recognized are distinct concepts in immigration law: Establishing one does not necessarily establish the other.”

“The TPS program gives foreign nationals nonimmigrant status, but it does not admit them. So the conferral of TPS does not make an unlawful entrant … eligible [for a green card],” she explained.

This decision affects as many as 400,000 illegal immigrants and stands to show that sometimes, even liberals recognize that when you don’t have borders or rule of law, you don’t have a country.

Psaki Blames TRUMP For Biden’s Border Crisis

“Joe Biden is taking the border crisis head on” is not a sentence a sane person would speak. Nor a well-informed person. Nor an honest person. But that’s what Biden Propaganda Minister Jen Psaki went with during Tuesday’s propaganda briefing. And interestingly, she also blame the crisis, which Biden caused, on Trump.

“After four years of an immigration system rooted in destructive and chaotic policies, President Biden is taking the challenge head on and is building a fair, orderly and humane immigration system,” Psaki says. “That’s our objective. After coming into office, our administration immediately jumped into action to address the influx of migrants at the border – something that began during and was exacerbated by the Trump administration.”

Previously, Psaki admitted that the Biden Administration “may have” caused the crisis at the border. Ever since he became President, Biden has caused new COVID-19 outbreaks when migrants tested positive and were not made to quarantine. The problem is so bad that almost 3/4 of voters say they are worried that migrants are spreading COVID to our communities.

Psaki can blame the crisis on Trump all she wants, but illegals themselves admit that they would not be here if not for Biden welcoming them over. And Mexico sure didn’t accuse Trump of having lax policies that allowed cartels to expand operations — especially into human trafficking.

Democrats will blame anything on Trump — even things they verifiably caused. It’s truly sad that the Biden White House is less transparent than the Trump Administration, which was always up front with the American people. Biden needs to reverse these policies now — while we still have a country. Watch it below:
