2022 Midterms

(RepublicanWire.org) – House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and several other top Democrats in the U. S. House of Representatives will be served with subpoenas by House Republicans should the GOP prevail in retaking the House in the upcoming midterm elections.

According to some Congressional Republicans, the January 6 panel selectively subpoenaing House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy and other members of the Republican caucus has created a new standard that Republicans may choose to replicate upon retaking control of the House.

Republican Reps. Jim Jordan of Ohio, Mo Brooks of Alabama, Andy Biggs of Arizona, and Scott Perry of Pennsylvania have been subpoenaed along with McCarthy.

Reportedly, Republicans plan to target the House Speaker’s communications regarding security manners in the run-up to January 6, 2021, and the incidents occurring at the Capitol on that day.

Buddy Carter, a Republican representative from Georgia said, “I’m gonna tell you the truth: Yes, I do” when asked if he believes Republicans should issue a subpoena to Pelosi.

Rep. Carter continued, “This is setting the precedent, and we’re not gonna lie down and let this happen. There are serious questions about her role on January 6 and exactly what she did and what she didn’t do. And we need to get to the bottom of that.”

Brian Mast, a Republican representative from Florida, said, “I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a subpoena there.”

However, Pelosi said on Friday that she is “never afraid of precedent.”

“I’m never afraid of precedent,” the longtime Democratic congresswoman said. “We’re seeking the truth, and we’re not going to be cowards about it.”

Reportedly since January 6, the “disdain” between Pelosi and McCarthy has been palpable.

Jim Banks, a Republican representative from Indiana, said that the selected committee should subpoena the speaker for her testimony about security preparations leading up to and failures on January 6.

Banks said, “Speaker Nancy Pelosi is the only person in the United States who has covered anything up related to January 6. So that’s who they should subpoena. She should be at the top of the list.”

(RepublicanWire.org) – Fox News’ Tucker Carlson unloaded on Joe Biden’s plan to create a taxpayer-funded thought police that so happens will be deployed ahead of the 2022 midterms.

Carlson said, “When Elon Musk first announced that he was buying Twitter, it was pretty obvious the Democratic Party would soon become unhinged, not just angry or annoyed in the way you’re very used to, but instead legitimately terrified and hysterical. Imagine how you’d feel if an armed intruder broke into your home at 3 in the morning. You couldn’t exactly know where things were going, but you’d be dead certain that everything was at stake. That’s how Democrats feel right now, because, in fact, everything is at stake.”

“Joe Biden cannot continue to control this country if you have free access to information. It’s that simple. Biden certainly is not improving your life. He’s not even trying to improve your life. So, the best he can do is lie to you and demand that you believe it, but to do that, he needs to make certain that nobody else can talk because if you were to hear the truth, you might not obey. How is Biden going to pull that off? It’s not easy. Well, one option would be to get men with guns to tell you to shut up. Most Americans probably haven’t thought of that because this isn’t Africa or Eastern Europe. This is America and we don’t do things like that here and never have. More precisely, we haven’t until now, but now Joe Biden is president and everything is different.”

“So today, to herald the coming of the new Soviet America, the administration announced its own Ministry of Truth. This will be called the Disinformation Governance Board. Laugh if you want, but just to show you, they’re not kidding around here. This board is not part of the State Department or any other agency focused on foreign threats from abroad. No, the Disinformation Governance Board is part of the Department of Homeland Security. DHS is a law enforcement agency designed to police the United States and that, by the way, has a famously large stockpile of ammunition. So, it’s not a joke at all. Here’s DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.”

“So Mayorkas told us that disinformation is a threat to homeland security. Now he’s the head of the Department of Homeland Security, so presumably he would know since assessing threats to Homeland Security is his job, but what he didn’t tell us is how he’s defining disinformation.”

“So here we have this new and terrifying thing that the Biden administration is so concerned about that it’s created a new agency to fight it, but Mayorkas never said or even hinted as to what it might be. So, the man in charge of the disinformation governing board never defined disinformation.”

Carlson went on to warn, “one of our biggest law enforcement agencies has men with guns around the country doing so many things to stop disinformation and false narratives. Those aren’t even lies. They’re just deviations from the approved script. Mayorkas told us again that men with guns planned to “identify individuals who could be descending into violence.” Could be descending. Not people who’ve committed violence or even been accused of any crime at all. DHS is instead using law enforcement powers to identify and punish people who think the wrong things.”

The test run for using these institutions began under Obama. The Department of Justice went after ex-Fox News reporter James Rosen for reporting a story on North Korea that contained classified information. The leak hunt named Rosen as a possible co-conspirator for simply doing his job. The Obama DOJ also obtained phone records of a dozen or so AP reporters. Then, there was the whole Russian collusion hoax. The IRS targeted conservative non-profits. And the FBI doctoring paperwork to obtain FISA spy warrants on Trump campaign officials. They also spied on Trump’s campaign as well. The Left’s long march towards weaponizing the state against its own people can be traced to the man who won the 2008 election. And now, in 2022, they’re going to deputize the DHS to go after conservatives for not thinking the right way. We all know this committee is going to go off the rails. We all know it will be staffed by people who are certifiably insane.

(RepublicanWire.org) – Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has said that the U.S. Capitol riot last January was a “trial run” and that Congress could come under attack again if Republicans regain a majority.

“If we lose the House, this is no joke — January 6 was a trial run, and a lot of people don’t seem to understand that,” the New York Democrat said at a town hall in Queens on Wednesday.

“It was a trial run, and they’re going to come back if they win the House,” she continued. “The only reason it wasn’t worse is that Democrats had the House, and they didn’t have the votes.”

“If they take the House, then they have the votes not to authorize and legitimize the presidential election, whatever the results are. So this is very serious,” added Ocasio-Cortez.

The truth is AOC is trying to scare Democrats to go vote during the 2022 mid-term elections. Democrats know it isn’t looking good for their party. AOC’s newest claim is just desperate.

(RepublicanWire) – It is no secret that the Democrats are not going to do well in the coming midterms. So far 2022 has not been a good year for America, and the Democrats are to blame.

That’s why Americans will almost certainly vote out their Democrat leaders. This includes movement in our state governments, where leftist policy decisions are even more radical than they are elsewhere.

The Democrat establishment knows they are bound to do badly. At this point, they are merely bracing for impact.

But Senator Elizabeth Warren has a plan to combat what many predict will be a redwave in the midterms.

In an opinion piece for the New York Times, Warren said the following:

“Democrats win elections when we show we understand the painful economic realities facing American families and convince voters we will deliver meaningful change. To put it bluntly: if we fail to use the months remaining before the elections to deliver on more of our agenda, Democrats are headed toward big losses in the midterms”

What is their agenda, per Warren? Well, it is standard Leftist “economic inequality” drivel, talks of ‘equity, and a push to cancel all student loan debt. She goes on to say the following:

” …Americans support providing some student loan debt cancellation — an action the president could take entirely on his own. Doing so would lift the economic outlook for too many borrowers who still weren’t able to get a college diploma, for the millions of female borrowers who shoulder about two-thirds of all student loan debt, and for Black and Hispanic borrowers, a higher percentage of whom take on debt to attend college compared to white students and have a harder time paying it off after school.”

What Warren isn’t acknowledging, is Biden has been absolutely disastrous in his short time in office. He has been radical, and left-wing radicalism is not the way forward for America. While a rational person would learn a lesson from the Democrats’ radical policy decisions while in power, Elizabeth Warren is no rational person.

(RepublicanWire.org) – A “Meet the Press” panel warned Sunday that the Democrats’ current messaging on the “culture wars” will cause a “real problem” for the party in the midterm elections.

The hosts discussed a range of social policy issues they said the Democrats have poorly messaged to their base as they near the midterm elections. Former Republican Florida Rep. Carlos Curbelo told host Chuck Todd that Republicans are currently leading the way surrounding the culture wars.

“Right now, Republicans are winning the culture wars in this country, that’s just the way it is,” he said. “You look at ‘defund the police’, you look at ‘defund ICE’, now in Florida you have this parental empowerment bill, the opponents call it the ‘Don’t Say Gay’ bill.’ Republicans have basically baited Democrats in Florida into taking a position that students in K-3, students who are learning to color and read and write, should be taught about sexuality, about gender identity.”

He went on to say that Democrats have “consistently been … on the wrong side” of the issues and will lead Republicans to run on these issues.

Kimberly Atkins Stohr, senior opinion writer for the Boston Globe, said Democrats have been silent on opposing Florida’s recently passed “Parental Rights in Education” bill for penalizing people on what they say, which could ultimately help strengthen their base.

“It’s been astonishing to me that the Democrats haven’t grabbed onto a libertarian attack on this because this is big government telling people what to do,” Todd chimed in. “This is government saying they want to decide, they want to know what your kid’s gender is. Like … get out of my kid’s bedroom.”

The Republican-backed bill forbids classroom discussion of sexual orientation and gender identity in grades K-3 and requires school districts to notify parents of changes to their child’s physical, mental or emotional health and allow for them to opt their child out of health services provided by the school.

NBC News correspondent Josh Lederman said Democrats have allowed their base to be “defined by the other side” and have been silent on cultural issues.

“If you were to ask the average parent of a 1st grader ‘do you want your kid to be taught about sex in 1st grade?’ Lederman said.  “Most parents would probably say ‘eh, probably not.’ But if you ask ‘is it okay for your kid to be read a book about Peter the penguin who has two penguin dads?’ You’re not going to have the same kind of response. But Democrats have sort of ceded the argument on this, on so many of these cultural issues.”

Anna Palmer, founder of Punchbowl News, said Democrats are “on their heels” surrounding the issues of abortion, schools, and COVID and have not created an “animating slogan” to message on these issues.

“We haven’t been able to see Democrats mobilize on this,” she said. “I do think if it totally goes away, you’re gonna see Democrats try to find a way to get their base out to the polls. Right now, they have not done anything on voter rights, immigration, all these other things. There’s a real issue here for Democrats in the midterms.”

Curbelo said the lack of messaging from the Democratic Party’s messaging is “disconnected” from the majority of voters on policy issues, leading them to lose Hispanic and working class voters.

Democrats have been losing their base with Hispanic voters after decades of holding their widespread support. In Texas, four Hispanic women have already won their respective Republican primaries, with three potentially becoming the first Hispanic women and first Republicans to represent South Texas in Congress. A December poll found that Democrats and Republicans hold equal numbers of support among Hispanics.

(RepublicanWire.org) – Former Vice President Mike Pence released the Republican policy platform Thursday ahead of the 2022 midterm elections.

The “Freedom Agenda” offers a framework for candidates throughout the 2022 election season, leading through to a potential 2024 presidential run by the former VP, The Washington Post reported. Traditional Republican platforms, such as increasing American energy production, rolling back regulations, and tax cuts are featured through the 28-page document, the outlet reported.

Modern issues facing Americans, such as protecting women’s sports and educational curriculum feature throughout the plan, The Washington Post reported.

“As important as it is for us to criticize and to confront and to be the loyal opposition,” Pence told reporters at a Republican Senate primary debate in Ohio on Monday, it is “absolutely of equal importance that we offer a positive, compelling vision built on our highest ideals and frankly the successes that we were able to demonstrate during our administration.”

While a majority of the agenda is focused on evoking optimism in America, the introduction published on the Advancing American Freedom (AAR) website, (Pence’s 501(c)4) argues that “American Freedom is under attack. Big Tech, Big Media, Big Government, and even Big Business have locked arms to advance a pernicious “woke” ideology designed to control the American people and destroy the American Dream.

“The ruling elites have never been more detached from the experiences of the average American – yet they have never worked harder to dictate what Americans can think, say, and do,” the AAR website continues.

More than 50 people contributed to the agenda, including former United States Ambassador to Israel David Friedman, former Secretary of the Interior David Bernhardt, senior counselor to President Trump Kellyanne Conway, former Education Secretary Betsy DeVos and former Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, according to Fox News. The authors purposefully scripted the agenda to be digestible to all Americans, Pence aides told the outlet.

The agenda is broken down into three areas: American Leadership, American Opportunity, and American Culture, each of which is further broken down by separate headers and bulleted lists.

(RepublicanWire.org) – CNN’s Fareed Zakaria said Sunday that America was losing its hold on the world’s stage, emphasizing that the signs were “everywhere.”

“One of the defining features of the new era is that it is post-American. By that I mean that the Pax Americana of the past three decades is over,” the “Fareed Zakaria GPS” host said.

Zakaria pointed to UAE and Saudi Arabia officials’ unwillingness to accept a phone call from President Biden as evidence of American decline.

“You can see the signs everywhere,” he said. “Consider that according to The Wall Street Journal the leaders of the UAE and Saudi Arabia, two countries that have depended on Washington for their security for decades, refuse to even take phone calls from the American president.”

Zakaria pointed to the Biden administration’s inability to lead a joint response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine as further evidence of American decline.

“Consider as well that Israel initially in the Security Council vote and India have refused to describe Putin’s actions as an invasion and that all four countries have made it clear they will continue to do business with Russia,” Zakaria said.

Zakaria also argued that an increasingly armed Europe can be beneficial to the United States.

“At first glance, it might seem that this is a new global order stacked against America, but that is not necessarily so. The U.S. remains the world’s leading power, still stronger than all the rest by far,” he said.

“The greatest strategic opportunity lies with Europe, which could use this challenge to stop being the passive international actor it has been for decades. We now see signs that the Europeans are ready to end the era of free security by raising defense spending and securing NATO’s eastern border,” he said. “If Europe becomes a strategic player on the world stage, that could be the biggest geopolitical shift to emerge from this war. A United States joined by a focused and unified Europe would be a super alliance in support of liberal values.”

Zakaria then called on the west to defend Ukraine, saying it was necessary to protect democracy.

“But for the west to become newly united and powerful, there is one essential condition. It must succeed in Ukraine. That is why the urgent necessity of the moment is to do what it takes, bearing costs and risks to ensure that Vladimir Putin does not prevail,” he said.

(RepublicanWire.org) – Special counsel John Durham has filed a motion asking a federal court not to dismiss charges against a lawyer once associated with the 2016 Democratic presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton.

The filing comes after attorneys for the lawyer, Michael Sussman, asked the court to throw them out.

The Epoch Times reports:

Michael Sussmann was representing the Clinton campaign when in 2016 he passed along information to an FBI counsel. His lawyers say the documents “raised national security concerns” while prosecutors describe them as purportedly detailing a covert channel between a Russian bank and the business of Donald Trump, Clinton’s rival at the time.

Sussmann was charged with lying to the FBI because he falsely told the counsel he was not providing the allegations to the FBI on behalf of any client despite presenting the information on behalf of the Clinton campaign, prosecutors say.

In a filing in February, Sussmann’s lawyers moved to dismiss the charge, claiming their client “did not make any false statement to the FBI” but even if he had, “the false statement alleged in the indictment is immaterial as a matter of law.”

“Allowing this case to go forward would risk criminalizing ordinary conduct, raise First Amendment concerns, dissuade honest citizens from coming forward with tips, and chill the advocacy of lawyers who interact with the government,” the filing stated.

“The Special Counsel’s unprecedented and unlawful overreach should not be countenanced, and the single count against Mr. Sussmann should be dismissed,” it continued.

In its reply on Friday, Durham’s team urged the court to reject the Sussmann filing.

“The defendant’s false statement to the FBI General Counsel was plainly material because it misled the General Counsel about, among other things, the critical fact that the defendant was disseminating highly explosive allegations about a then-Presidential candidate on behalf of two specific clients, one of which was the opposing Presidential campaign,” their filing said.

“The defendant’s efforts to mislead the FBI in this manner during the height of a Presidential election season plainly could have influenced the FBI’s decision-making in any number of ways,” Durham’s team argued.

If the case does go to trial, Durham will likely argue that the evidence proves the bureau could have done something prior to starting a full investigation into the matter, to include an assessment, and should have delayed making a decision until after the 2016 election or declined to have launched a probe at all.

Last month, Just The News’ John Solomon predicted who he believes Durham’s next target will be.

In an interview with Fox News, he explained that he believes Durham is dealing with “two buckets.”

In one “bucket,” there are the last two indictments against officials who were connected to Hillary Clinton and their plan to feed the FBI false information about Trump-Russia conspiracies.

He then said the other “bucket” focuses on the FBI and whether agents knowingly mislead the FISA court to obtain warrants to spy on members of Trump’s 2016 campaign.

“Pete Strzok’s opening electronic communication which starts the Crossfire Hurricane investigation states they are looking at whether individuals associated with the Trump campaign were coordinating conspiring with Russia,” Solomon told Maria Bartiromo.

“When they put the first FISA in, in October, the Trump campaign is mentioned a dozen times in the first FISA, and as I mentioned in the last segment, the allegation is a well-developed conspiracy between individuals associated with the Trump campaign and Russia to hijack the election,” he added, noting further that Strzok’s claim a day earlier in an interview with MSNBC that the probe was not about the Trump campaign is false.

“Of course, it was about the campaign,” he said, adding:

But Durham developed really significant evidence that red flags, the stop-now warning signs go all the way back to August when Bruce Orr, in 2016 came to the FBI and said Christopher Steele is dumping a dossier. He hates Trump. He’s hired by Hillary Clinton and most of his information is raw and uncorroborated.

A month after the CIA sends a warning to the FBI, this is something John Ratcliffe declassified, saying Hillary Clinton is trying to play a dirty trick on Donald Trump to tie him to Russia to get out of her e-mail thing. All through the fall, they keep a spreadsheet of what’s right and wrong of the Steele dossier. It’s all wrong. Can’t corroborate, they can’t collaborate the information. The FBI never should have started the investigation and I think that’s where John Durham’s investigation is focused right now.

(RepublicanWire.org) – While opinions vary drastically regarding the extent to which the U.S. is obligated to police disruptions to the global order, it’s only natural that, as the strongest, wealthiest and most powerful nation that has ever existed, we have been thrust into the middle of the European response to Russia’s aggression in Ukraine.

And, Lord help us, this means that President Joe Biden is overseeing the de-escalation efforts.

So when poor little Finland, which along with Sweden has opted to stay out of NATO and has historically remained a neutral party between Western Europe and Russia, was faced with the prospect of being forced to join the alliance in light of the situation in Ukraine, its leader was also faced with the prospect of meeting with Biden to discuss such a move.

This was a meeting that, naturally, led to one of Biden’s embarrassing diplomatic moments, which, at a time when Russia’s actions in Ukraine are being unfavorably (and perhaps not always fairly) compared to our own history of interventionism and invasion, amounted to a slight against our nation as a whole.

Now, I don’t know if Finnish President Sauli Niinistö meant to throw Biden and the nation he leads some serious shade. But regardless of his intentions, when he offered up what was perhaps an inadvertent jab at American military aggressions, Biden’s reaction was the truly humiliating part.

He simply opted to laugh heartily in the face of the implied insult.

Good grief.

Here’s the deal: Niinistö met with Biden on Friday at the White House to discuss Finland’s precarious situation given neighboring Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

The White House said in a statement that the two leaders “committed to start a process that would strengthen U.S.-Finnish security cooperation” and discussed NATO’s open-door policy allowing any nation willing to agree to the alliance’s values to join.

During their Oval Office meeting, Biden also noted that when he served in the Obama administration, the former president used to quip that “we’d be alright if we left everything to the Nordic countries.”

Right in front of the cameras, Niinistö cheekily noted, “Well, we usually don’t start wars.”

Again, we don’t know if the Finnish leader meant to slight his host, but either way, Biden’s awkward, gratuitous laughter in response suggested that he had no idea what to say.

It’s hard not to point out the contrast between Biden and his predecessor, who one imagines would have hit back with his own dry one-liner without batting an eye.

Of course, comparing Biden to former President Donald Trump in light of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine is unfavorable to Biden in more ways than one. This is hardly the first time he’s managed to embarrass his country while meeting with world leaders.

There was the time he declared “I don’t want to go home” after spending about five minutes in the U.K. on his first presidential trip overseas, an enthusiasm for Europe that seems to have faded by his next visit to the realm for a climate conference in Scotland, during which he was caught napping and later shamelessly checked his watch as British Prime Minister Boris Johnson gave closing remarks.

When it was Johnson’s turn to visit the States, Biden told him a rambling story about his love of commuter trains — a story he’s told multiple times in the past that has been thoroughly debunked.

Then his handlers gave the two leaders about five seconds to field questions from reporters before shooing them away because, one can only imagine, the elderly president was all tuckered out from all the diplomacy and faulty reminiscing.

When it came time for Biden to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin — you know, the guy who seems to have waited to invade Ukraine until Biden was in office — our president had never looked worse.

He brought flashcards with him to the high-stakes summit.

Yeah, nothing says “I’m not afraid of you” like a leader showing up to a tense meeting with an antagonistic, thuggish counterpart armed with handy notecards so he doesn’t forget his talking points.

And now he’s laughing awkwardly as the leader of a nation that could be facing an existential crisis without our aid slyly jabs our history of interventionism — a history, by the way, that has saved countless lives and without which there might not even be a Finland if one considers the outcome of American interventionism before the Vietnam War.

Just saying.

Way to go, Biden. I’m sure you just made Putin’s day all over again.

(RepublicanWire.org) – Critics of former President Donald Trump have accused him of being a puppet of Russian President Vladimir Putin and have mischaracterized his assessment of his strategy in the war with Ukraine as support for it.

But on Saturday, when speaking to a group of Republican donors, the former president made his feelings on the war known to anyone who still had questions about them, but he still took swipes at NATO, which he believes is a “paper tiger,” CBS News reported.

“Are all of these nations going to stand by and watch perhaps millions of people be slaughtered as the onslaught continues?” he said, according to a source. “At what point do countries say, ‘No, we can’t take this massive crime against humanity?’ We can’t let it happen. We can’t let it continue to happen.”

The 45th President of the United States quipped that we should “put the Chinese flag” on F-22 fighter jets and “bomb the s***” out of Russia.

“And then we say, China did it,” the former president said to laughter from the crowd, the source said. “Then they start fighting with each other, and we sit back and watch.”

He also criticized how President Joe Biden has handled the situation by telling Russia what the United States would, and would not, do in relation to the conflict.

“We have to have Biden stop saying that — and this is for everyone to hear — that we will not attack Russia ever because they are a nuclear power, right?” he said. “You know who is saying this? Okay, whether it’s fact or fiction, ‘We will not attack Russia. You see, they are a nuclear power.’ Oh, thanks for telling us.”

He also again hinted about his intentions to win the presidency again in 2024.

“The vote counter is oftentimes more important than the candidate and the Republicans are going to have to get a lot tougher,” he said, the source reported.

“We will see a Republican president reclaim that magnificent White House in 2024,” he said.

His comments came on the same day that Putin said he viewed the sanctions against his nation as being akin to a declaration of war and warned of catastrophic consequences if NATO imposed a no-fly zone, which the White House has said it will not do.

The Russian president said that his goals remained to “demilitarization and de-Nazification” his neighbor nation so that it would be neutral and not a threat, Reuters reported.

“These sanctions that are being imposed are akin to a declaration of war but thank God it has not come to that,” he said to a group of flight attendants at a training center in Moscow for Russian airline Aeroflot.

He said any attempt by another power to impose a no-fly zone in Ukraine would be considered by Russia to be a step into the military conflict. Such a step he said would have catastrophic consequences for Europe and the world.

The NATO military alliance has rejected Kyiv’s request for a no-fly zone, on the grounds it would escalate the war beyond Ukraine into a far wider conflict, potentially pitting the United States against Russia.

Asked about reports that Russian conscripts had been used in Ukraine, Putin said none had been involved and said the military operation was going to plan.

“There is not one conscript and we don’t plan for there to be,” Putin said. “Our army will fulfill all the tasks. I don’t doubt that at all. Everything is going to plan.”

He also dismissed the idea that martial law would be declared in Russia=.

“We don’t plan to introduce any kind of special regime on Russian territory – there is currently no need,” he said.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov accused the Western alliance of nations against Russia of behaving like bandits.

“As you understand, there must be a corresponding response to economic banditry,” he said.

“This does not mean Russia is isolated,” he argued. “The world is too big for Europe and America to isolate a country, and even more so a country as big as Russia. There are many more countries in the world.”

He said that many of the nations boycotting Russia now would someday return, but many would find that their places had been taken by other companies from other nations.

“Russia … has an interest in being attractive for investment. Yes, now is hardly a time when we can talk about being attractive for investment, but times change quickly,” the spokesman said.

“A time of surging economic growth will replace this time. And a time when these same companies will again return to the market, and will be more than interested in catching up on what they’ve missed out on and restoring their positions.

“In some areas, we’ll really wait for them [the companies]. In other places we’ll wait for them less as their places will be taken by companies from other countries,” he said.
