Americans have something to look forward to in a few months, according to President Trump’s advisor Jason Miller. In an appearance on Fox News program Media Buzz, Miller dropped some major Trump news that could change the landscape of social media as we know it.
In the aftermath of the January 6 protests, President Trump was blamed for the protesters’ decision to enter the Capitol. Though those inside remained peaceful, Capitol Police murdered one unarmed woman because, as the officer who shot her in cold blood claimed, they thought she might have explosives in her bag. She was carrying a scarf and sweater. It was a day of colossal errors on the part of law enforcement, but President Trump did his best to urge calm. Nevertheless, President Trump received the blame for what liberals and the fake news media called an insurrection. He was removed from every social media platform from Twitter to Facebook to even Snapchat. Conservative social media network Parler’s web hosting was shut down just to ensure that President Trump had no means to communicate with Americans easily. But now? The President has big plans to return in style.
“I do think that we’re going to see President Trump returning to social media in probably about two or three months here with his own platform,” Miller told host Howard Kurtz. ” And this is something that I think will be the hottest ticket in social media. It’s going to completely redefine the game, and everybody is going to be waiting and watching to see what exactly President Trump does, but it will be his own platform.”
Miller refuses to give more details, but he seems to be hinting that President Trump plans to start or be heavily involved in a new social media platform.
“I can’t go much further than what I was able to just share, but I can say that it will be big once he starts. There have been a lot of high-powered meetings he’s been having at Mar-a-Lago with some teams of folks who’ve been coming in,” he says. “And I gotta tell you there have been, it’s just not one company that’s approached the President, there have been numerous companies.”
Miller says President Trump has so many options, it’s hard to decide what he wants to do. “I think the President does know what direction that he wants to head here,” he says. “And this new platform is going to be big and everyone wants him. He’s gonna bring millions and millions, tens of millions of people to this new platform.”
What can we expect President Trump to do? We can expect to learn soon, as he doesn’t often sit on information that would be of benefit to the American people. Whatever it is, it’s sure to be exciting.
