( – With good reason, the decision concerning former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo just announced by Westchester County, New York, District Attorney Mimi Rocah is bound to anger millions upon millions of Americans and reinforce the belief that there is a deep state and that the rich and powerful are treated under a different set of rules than are all other Americans.

Just moments ago, in a statement that you can read in full below, Rocah announced that she will not criminally prosecute Cuomo for the alleged sexual assaults he committed against two women even though the District Attorney states that she found “the allegations and witnesses were credible, and the conduct concerning.”

Even though Rocah said she found “the allegations and witnesses were credible, and the conduct concerning,” she goes on to say, “we cannot pursue criminal charges due to the statutory requirements of the criminal laws of New York.”

Make of that what you will, but we suspect millions of Americans will see this decision as one that is allowing Cuomo to get away with sexual assault on a technicality. In contrast, average Americans would already be sitting in jail if they’d assaulted women the way it is alleged that Cuomo did on multiple occasions.
