Keep a list of names. Ever since Joe Biden “won” the shady, suspicious 2020 election that caused more than a dozen states to demand answers, many RINOS have been toadying up to him. And on Thursday, eight of those “Republicans” joined Democrats to push through a major gun control bill.

Vern Buchanan. Brian Fitzpatrick. Maria Salazar. Andrew Garbarino. Chris Smith. Fred Upton. Carlos Gimenez. Adam Kinzinger. These are the names of so-called Republicans who think it’s OK to use Democrats’ 2020 coup as an opportunity to strip gun rights away from Americans by making it harder to purchase one. We already have to jump through a lot of hoops to buy a firearm. Now, i this bill becomes law, One Democrat — Jared Golden — voted against the massive gun bill.

The  “Background Checks Act” prohibits firearms transfers without a background check being performed. In other words, private gun sales are going to become a bureaucratic mess. The Hill reports:

The legislation would implement new background check requirements for gun transfers between private parties.

Under current law, unlicensed and private sellers are not required to conduct background checks for gun transfers despite licensed firearm dealers being required to do so.

The bill would require “a licensed gun dealer, manufacturer, or importer” to first take possession of the gun while a background check is being conducted.

This bill will do nothing to stem gun violence, but it will make everyday Americans uneasy about selling their guns, and it will absolutely make the process more expensive.

When Joe Biden began enacting his disastrous border policies, it became clear to everyone that they were a failure. Illegals surged to the border hoping to take advantage of the newly-lax security to muscle their way into the country. And, of course, gang activity increased along the border. While “hope” might be a strange word to apply to the situation, it’s the one Biden’s Southern Border Coordinator Roberta Jacobson chose.

“We’ve seen surges before. Surges tend to respond to hope, and there was significant hope for a more humane policy after four years of pent-up demand,” Jacobson, who once served as ambassador to Mexico, said at a White House briefing. “There was a hope for a more humane policy after four years of pent-up demand, so I don’t know if I would call that a coincidence.”

She also admits that Biden’s policies may have helped smuggling operations.  “But the idea that a more humane policy would be in place may have driven people to make that decision, but perhaps, more importantly, it definitely drove smugglers to express disinformation, spread disinformation about what was now possible.”

“We are trying to walk and chew gum at the same time,” she says, referencing an age-old adage related to stupidity — as in “he’s so dumb I bet he can’t walk and chew gum at the same time.” Accidental self-burn aside, Jacobson says that they plan to solve the problem by spreading awareness that you can legally cross the border too:

We are trying to convey to everyone in the region that we will have legal processes in the future … But at the same time, you cannot come through irregular means.”

“The border is not open,” she added, though she noticeably chose to say “irregular” rather than “illegal” to soften the statement. This administration is, to put it bluntly, a total sh**show on immigration — so much so that Jacobson was forced by Fox News’ Steve Doocy to admit that Trump did a better job at stopping illegals than Biden. Surprise, surprise. Yet another woman is now accusing New York Governor Andrew Cuomo of sexual harassment. And while Cuomo says that he didn’t touch anyone inappropriately as he stubbornly refuses to resign from his role as the head of a coverup of nursing home deaths under his watch, that’s what the latest accuser says happened.

The Albany Times Union reports that Cuomo summoned her to his mansion, where he touched her without her consent. And on the timeline, this accusation is by far the most recent. The woman, who has not been named, says that this happened in late 2020 — right before the beginning of the pandemic:

The alleged incident took place after the woman, a member of the governor’s Executive Chamber staff, had been summoned to the mansion to assist the governor with a work-related matter. The woman’s supervisors recently became aware of the allegation and alerted the governor’s counsel of it on Monday.

An official close to the matter on Tuesday confirmed to the Times Union that the new allegation had been made, although Cuomo, during a news conference hours later, denied knowledge of it.

“First, I’m not aware of any other claim,” Cuomo says. “As I said last week, this is very simple: I never touched anyone inappropriately. … I never made any inappropriate advances … (and) no one ever told me at the time that I made them feel uncomfortable. Obviously, there are people who said after the fact they felt uncomfortable.” Notably, Cuomo did not deny touching the woman. As the sixth woman stepped out to speak up, Donald Trump Jr. asked a very good question: “I wonder how many more there are?”

Good question. Cuomo finds himself embroiled in scandals, most of which involve former staffers and others he could bully into submission. But we must also remember the big one — the one the sexual harassment allegations distract from. His responsibility for nursing home deaths as he made bad decisions — lethal decisions — then lied to cover them up. Just like he is attempting to do now with the numerous women who have spoken out about his actions.

Last year, Democrat Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer issued an executive order that had everyone — liberals, conservatives, horses, and any other group one can imagine — questioning her fitness for office and her status as a human being. This policy contributed to nursing home deaths at unimaginable levels. Now she may have to finally pay the piper for her irresponsibility.

Despite warnings that this was a bad idea, Whitmer issued an executive order prohibiting long-term-care facilities like nursing homes from telling “residents who tested positive for COVID-19 regardless of whether they were contagious” to quarantine elsewhere despite the particularly high danger presented to residents at nursing homes, who are among the most vulnerable among us. TheBlaze reports that the damage Whitmer did cannot be accurately calculated, largely because of the government’s reticence to provide data:

The exact number of long-term facility residents who died of COVID-19 in Michigan is not known, and state Republican lawmakers say Whitmer’s administration is not disclosing critical data. As of the end of February, state data indicated that more than 5,500 Michiganders had perished from COVID-19 in long-term facilities, WDIV-TV reported, or about one-third of all COVID-19 deaths in Michigan.

But Whitmer can’t cover up her crimes forever, and Macomb County prosecutor Peter Lucido says that he’s open to prosecuting her once evidence surfaces.

“If we find there’s been willful neglect of office, if we find there’s been reckless endangerment of a person’s life by bringing them in, then we would move forward with charges against the Governor,” Lucido says. Of course, we would. Nobody’s above the law in this state.”

According to WXYZ, Lucido asks Michiganders  “who lost loved ones to COVID as residents or staff inside nursing homes should go back to get the vital information about the circumstances of their death and take that to local police and make a complaint as a wrongful death” to help further matters.

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, a Democrat, is resisting all efforts to bring Whitmer to justice, however. “If you can give us some evidence that there’s been violations of the law, and you can give us some evidence that there was not just conduct that, again, is bad policy, but conduct that violates state or federal statutes, let us know about it for certain,” she says. “But if not, I get weary of the constant calls for our department to investigate things that are not crimes.”

Despite her policies killing people, Whitmer calls Lucido’s remarks “shameful political attacks based in neither fact nor reality.” Whitmer can hide, but she can’t evade justice forever.

Hillary Clinton just can’t let go of the fact that Donald Trump took her to the cleaners in 2016. In an interview with the Washington Post, the weird lady who accidentally unified Trump supporters under he “Deplorables” banner with her ridiculous “basket” remark decided that once again she would open her mouth about American citizens who didn’t want her to be President and instead chose the other guy.

“Well, I don’t think about it that way,” Clinton said when asked if she felt “vindicated” for her “basket of deplorables” comment. “I am profoundly saddened by what he has catalyzed and the allies that he has in certain parts of the media, both traditional and online — the way he has, in effect, created a cult against the fundamental values and norms of the United States.”

“It is really troubling to see the Republican Party turn themselves into a cult and basically pledge allegiance, not to the United States of America, but to Donald Trump,” Clinton said in the interview, which was published on International Women’s Day. “Something I do not understand, I cannot accept…”

“Even I don’t pretend to have imagined that he would incite a riot and an attack on our Capitol in an effort to reverse an election he clearly lost,” Clinton says, falsely accusing the President of inciting a riot when he in fact tried to calm the crowd. “It’s of no comfort to me that I and others warned about him because the damage that he’s done is so profound.”

Clinton is once again embarrassing herself. Voters chose Trump over here. But to Ms. Clinton, anyone who isn’t far-Left is too “deplorable” to matter and those who don’t support her or Joe Biden are simply a “cult.” There’s no explaining how Democrats feel it is OK to slander those with whom they disagree, but that’s the only play in their book. Watch this monumental Clinton brand of stupidity below:

A total of 12 states are suing the Biden Administration over a recent executive order that they say can have dire consequences for the country. The order expands the federal government’s regulatory power to such a degree that “overreaching” is an understatement.

Fox Business reports that the lawsuit, filed by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and joined by Attorneys General in Arkansas, Arizona, Indiana, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Utah, tackles Biden’s latest effort to act like a dictator head-on:

It alleges that Biden’s Executive Order 13990, titled “Protecting Public Health and the Environment and Restoring Science to Tackle the Climate Crisis,” does not have the authority to issue binding numbers for the “social cost” of greenhouse gases to be used in federal regulations.

The breakdown of the social costs shows $269 billion for carbon dioxide, $990 billion for methane, and $8.24 trillion for nitrous oxide – totaling approximately $9.5 trillion, according to the lawsuit, which cited interim values determined by an interagency working group that was created by Biden’s order.

Schmitt said that those potential regulations will stifle manufacturing and harm agriculture in Missouri, where state figures show that hundreds of thousands of people work in those industries.

“Under President Biden’s executive order, which he didn’t have the authority to enact, these hard-working Missourians who have lived and worked this land for generations, could be left in the dust,” Schmitt says. “In practice, this enormous figure will be used to justify an equally enormous expansion of federal regulatory power that will intrude into every aspect of Americans’ lives— from their cars, to their refrigerators and homes, to their grocery and electric bills.”

The lawsuit claims that Biden’s order will be used to inflict untold billions or trillions of dollars of damage to the U.S. economy for decades to come.” In addition, it violates the separation of powers, “the most fundamental bulwark of liberty.”

As states continue to fight back, Biden is perfectly displaying the corrupt, heavy-handed approach of the Democrat Party — one that refuses to compromise on anything and that is willing to violate the Constitution at will.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s brother Chris has recently come under fire for refusing to cover the five women (and counting) who have accused the Governor of sexual harassment. The latter Cuomo now has a scandal of his own outside of his unwillingness to criticize his brother after spending months conducting fluff interviews to prop him up.

CNN’s Cuomo, in appearance with African-American Don Lemon, joked that he is “black on the inside” — a liberal fury-inducing remark accompanied by a cringeworthy rendition of “Good Times.”

While liberals would be erupting in anger if President Trump or any conservative said that in an interview, Lemon gives Cuomo a total pass on the comment. But the cancel police nonetheless came out in full force to denounce the obvious joke.

“It’s f*cking offensive,” says Sister2Sister managing editor Aisha Staggers. “Black isn’t something you can just say you feel you are inside without having to deal with the racism that comes with being physically Black on the outside. This is cultural appropriation.”

“I’m not here for that nonsense,” tweeted the Reverend Mary Daniels. “@CNN needs to have some sensitivity training with their on-air personalities.”

“I live, work, and worship in a blue collar Black community.,” she added in a later tweet. “My Black friends sometimes say I was poured in the wrong color body. But I wouldn’t ever presume to say that about myself on television.”

One hand, it seems like the Cuomos are competing for who can be the worst person alive. This is hilarious, and we absolutely should appreciate the irony of a proponent of cancel culture getting caught up in it. Like his brother, Chris Cuomo is facing demands for his resignation. But we’re not the Left. While it’s a good idea to appreciate the humor of the situation, we must remember that this was a joke — a bad one, but a joke nonetheless.

There are many reasons for Cuomo — either one — to resign, but this isn’t one of them.

President Biden’s latest executive order is aimed at securing the 2024 election by opening up access to an often unthought-of voting bloc: criminals on probation and still in prison. It’s clear after 2020 that Democrats will do anything to win — even break the law — but now they are going so far as to use actual criminals to pad their numbers.

A White House “fact” sheet lays out Bide’s plan very well:

“The order will direct the Attorney General to establish procedures to provide educational materials related to voter registration and voting, and to the extent practicable, to facilitate voter registration, for all eligible individuals in the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons.”

In other words, Biden knows he will need the help of criminals to win the next election. The order also requires the Attorney General to help prisoners obtain identification in cases where voter ID is required. And naturally, it wouldn’t be a Biden executive order if he didn’t require voting by mail to be made available to criminals as well.

“Every eligible voter should be able to vote and have it counted,” Biden says. “If you have the best ideas, you have nothing to hide. Let the people vote.” Apparently one of his “best ideas” for victory is to make it easy for shady and proven untrustworthy individuals to cast their votes for him.

“In 2020 — with our very democracy on the line — even in the midst of a pandemic – more Americans voted than ever before,” Biden says. “Yet instead of celebrating this powerful demonstration of voting — we saw an unprecedented insurrection on our Capitol and a brutal attack on our democracy on January 6th. A never-before-seen effort to ignore, undermine and undo the will of the people.”

Watch Biden try to explain his actions below:

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo refused to resign after three women came forward about the sexual harassment they endured at his hands. Many of the details are unsettling at best, yet Cuomo says resigning because he did terrible things while serving badly as Governor would interfere with his ability to “do the job the people of the state elected [him] to do.” But what about when the total becomes five women he has harassed?

“It was unintentional, and I truly and deeply apologize for it. I feel awful about it. I feel embarrassed by it,” Cuomo said recently while addressing the allegations. Despite his admission to the behavior, he insists that he “didn’t know” he made anyone feel uncomfortable. “”I certainly never, ever meant to offend anyone or hurt anyone or cause anyone pain,” he says. “That is the last thing I would want to do.”

Former press aide Karen Hinton has now spoken out, saying Cuomo repeatedly and inappropriately hugged her, which made her feel uncomfortable — and probably made it difficult, to use Cuomo’s words, to “do the job” she needed to do. She says Cuomo forced her into a “very long, too long, too tight, too intimate” embrace in a dimly-lit hotel room and became aggressive when she pulled away from him.  “I thought at that moment it could lead to a kiss, it could lead to other things, so I just pull away again, and I leave,” she says. This occurred while Cuomo led the US Department of Housing and Urban Development in 2000.

Cuomo, of course, says “this did not happen.”

Another accuser, Ana Liss, worked under Cuomo from 2013-2015. She says he would ask if she had a boyfriend and kiss her hand — actions that are, according to her, “not appropriate, really, in any setting.”

Cuomo remains defiant in the face of this and his “other scandal” — the one in which he lied about COVID numbers in nursing homes to make himself look good. He truly is shameless.

The Left likes to paint us as terrorists — especially after the January 6 incident at the Capitol. A crowd of patriots marched along Fifth Avenue in Manhattan toward Trump Tower as a show of support for President Trump.

Protesters carried a massive Trump 2024 flag that read “Save America.” Unfortunately, the real terrorists — Antifa and BLM — couldn’t leave well enough alone.

Trump supporters remained peaceful and there were many flags on display — including one accurately depicting Nancy Pelosi as a demon. Antifa and BLM viciously attacked the crowd, which was doing nothing more than marching and chanting “Trump 2024.”

The New York Police Department says that one officer was injured for “suspected bleach being thrown in his eyes” while attempting to stop the melee between “anti-police protesters and pro-Trump protesters.” At least six Antifa/BLM thugs were arrested for attacking the peaceful rally.

Democrats love to say that we are terrorists. But it wasn’t us tearing apart cities across America the entire last summer. That was Antifa and BLM and their Democrat allies. It’s unfortunate, but no matter what we do the leftists and their friends in the media will forever portray us as the enemy of America. But that’s not true. We’re their enemy. The enemy they close. The enemy they will forever blame for everything. We’re their Emmanuel Goldstein, and we will always be that.

It’s time for Americans to wake up and rally against the Left’s hate. We will never come together as a country if they keep us fighting with one another. So much for Joe Biden’s “unity.”
