A straw poll conducted at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) Sunday revealed that if President Trump chooses to run in 2024, he will likely be the nominee.

Support for the President was impressive at CPAC, with 97 percent of those present saying they approve of President Trump. A whopping 87% say they approve of the job he did as President, and 68% say Trump should run for President again. According to Fox News, if the 2024 GOP primary was held today, President Trump would be chosen to challenge Biden for the Oval Office:

Former President Donald Trump, in results announced Sunday, won the annual Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) straw poll with 55% of attendees saying they’d vote for him if the 2024 GOP primary were today.

Trump got 55% of the vote in the poll in which he was included, with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis in second place at 21%.

A poll that didn’t include President Trump placed DeSantis in the lead with 43% of the vote, but it is clear that people are overwhelmingly behind the President. This poll has South Dakota Governor Kristy Noem in second with 11% and Donald Trump Jr. in third with 8%.

Republicans who oppose Trump did very poorly. Mitt Romney got .3% of the votes, while Maryland Governor Larry Hogan earned .1%.

“Look, you’re not going to get the Republican nomination being a never-Trumper,’ says American Conservative Union President Matt Schlapp. “You’re not going to get the Republican nomination if you’re not a strong conservative. So all of that kind of courting, it’s appropriate that it starts at CPAC.”

Though some in the Republican Party oppose President Trump, CPAC has made it clear that, as Schlapp says, we won’t get anywhere if we oppose Donald J. Trump.

Joe Manchin may have voted to impeach Trump, but he isn’t entirely crazy. In what he calls a stance against “extremism” in the Democrat Party, Manchin announced he will fight the Democrats’ plans to do away with the legislative filibuster and push through whatever nonsensical and wasteful bills they want.

“If I haven’t said it very plain, maybe Sen. McConnell hasn’t understood, I want to basically say it for you. That I will not vote in this Congress, that’s two years, right? I will not vote” to change the filibuster, the West Virginia Democrat said in an interview earlier this week. “And I hope with that guarantee in place he will work in a much more amicable way.”

Manchin’s commitment to at least a level playing field in legislating did not go unnoticed. Pro-Life group Susan B. Anthony List thanked Manchin for refusing to kill the filibuster. Activists lined courthouses in three West Virginia cities, beginning in Charleston and ending in Wheeling.

Marilyn Musgrave, vice president of government affairs for the organization, says that the filibuster is the only thing stopping Democrats from a full-on pro-abortion agenda. “And yet we have Joe Manchin courageous enough to stand up to his own party and say he’s going to do the right thing and I tell you the people of West Virginia agree with him,” she says.

“This is so significant in saving babies that have not yet been born,” Musgrave adds. “This is a strong pro-life state and he’s representing those values very well when he retains the filibuster.”

The filibuster requires 60 “yea” votes and prevents the Democrats from using their majority to do whatever they want with no support from people who represent everyday Americans. Watch a report on Manchin’s shocking decision to do the right thing below:

An unlikely figure has stepped out to say that New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s multiple sexual harassment allegations should be investigated — Joe Biden. Biden, who is internationally infamous for groping and sniffing women and girls without their consent, suddenly thinks credible sexual harassment allegations should be investigated — something he didn’t quite agree with when he was accused of similar stuff by former staffer Tara Reade.

During the last election cycle, Reade came out about a time when Biden forced a kiss on her and touched her inappropriately while she was working on his staff. The allegations were credible right down to an old phone call from Reade’s deceased mother speaking out about how her daughter was treated. But Biden didn’t want to hear about that. Instead, he had his former staff smear the poor woman, who just wanted to make the public aware of what she went through. But Cuomo? He’s not Biden, so the President* is OK with throwing him under the bus. During a press briefing, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said that Biden supports women who speak out (once again, something we know is not true):

“President Biden has been consistent that he believes that every woman should be heard, should be treated with respect and with dignity. Charlotte should be treated with respect and dignity. So should Lindsey. There should be an independent review looking into these allegations, and that’s certainly something he supports and we believe should move forward as quickly as possible.”

Cuomo is accused of sexual harassment by two women. The first, Lindsey Boylan says he invited her to play strip poker, forced a kiss on her, and other disgusting things. The second says Cuomo regularly made inappropriate remarks, including grilling her about whether or not she has had sex with older men.

Cuomo says both women are lying, but has authorized an investigation into his actions.

“I ask all New Yorkers to await the findings of the review so that they know the facts before making any judgements,” Cuomo says. “I will have no further comment until the review has concluded.” We’re certain that this investigation will be every bit as above board and legitimate as the Russia investigation — except the goal here will be to make evicence go away rather than invent it.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s life keeps getting worse. Not only does he have to deal with getting caught manipulating nursing home COVID numbers to make himself look good, but now former staffers are coming out about sexual harassment they have faced while working under him.

Recently, a former Cuomo staffe spoke out about weird, predatory treatment she dealt with while working for him — treatment that included an attempted forced kiss and invitations to play strip poker, among other things.

But now Lindsey Boylan, whose allegations have been corroborated by at least one other former staffer, isn’t the only one who is telling the world about what happened. Newsmax reports:

A second former aide has come forward with sexual harassment allegations against New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who responded with a statement Saturday saying he never made advances toward her and never intended to be inappropriate.

Charlotte Bennett, a health policy adviser in the Democratic governor’s administration until November, told The New York Times that Cuomo asked her inappropriate questions about her sex life, including whether she had ever had sex with older men.

Cuomo, true to form, says Bennett is lying, but that she was a “hardworking and valued member of our team during COVID” who has “every right to speak out.” But of course if someone is lying, as he says she is, they have no right to speak out. Libel laws exist for a reason. Only honest discourse deserves to make it public, so it is strange that he says she has the right to make the allegations publicly.

“I never made advances toward Ms. Bennett nor did I ever intend to act in any way that was inappropriate,” Cuomo’s says. “The last thing I would ever have wanted was to make her feel any of the things that are being reported.”

To buy himself time, Cuomo is having himself investigated to find out of he did the thing he says he didn’t do. “I ask all New Yorkers to await the findings of the review so that they know the facts before making any judgements,” Cuomo said. “I will have no further comment until the review has concluded.”

Honest people act quickly to control the investigation into allegations against them, right?

What a shock! Democrats call conservatives like Donald Trump corrupt, but that is entirely projection. We see their corruption on a daily basis, including in the new COVID-19 bill that gives Nancy Pelosi a new subway at the expense of children who are impacted by the pandemic. In every city across the nation that is run by Democrats, we see it. In fact, the three most corrupt cities in the country are run by Democrats.

Chicago. Los Angeles. New York City. You’re familiar with all of these names. After all, whenever TV or movies need to tell a good story about criminal activity and police corruption, those cities are the natural choices.

WTTW News reports that Chciago tops the country in terms of corruption:

In 2019, there were 26 public corruption convictions in the Northern District of Illinois, which includes all of Chicago and the northern third of Illinois — double the number recorded in 2018, according to the report.

The rest of the state had six additional public corruption convictions in 2019 for a state total of 32, according to Simpson’s findings based on the most recent DOJ data available.

The report, co-authored by Marco Rosaire Rossi and Thomas J. Gradel, uses a formula that compares the number of each area’s corruption convictions with its population to create the ranking system that incorporates data from 1976 to 2019.

The report cites examples like Democrat former state senator Martin Sandoval’s bribery conviction. After Chicago come Los Angeles followed by New York, Democrat haven Miami, Washington D.C., Newark, New Jersey, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

All of these cities are corrupt, and all of them are very Democrat-friendly areas. Philadelphia, for instance, was instrumental in helping Joe Biden achieve “victory” in the 2020 election when a suspicious amount of votes appeared in the dead of night.

Democrats are corrupt. That’s no secret. But this report helps shed light on how pervasive this corruption is in every Democrat-run city across the nation.

On Saturday, the House of Representatives met in the dead of night for a rushed vote on a COVID-19 “relief” bill. Though two Democrats voted against the so-called American Rescue Plan Act, the Left was able to leverage its majority to push the bloated and disgraceful bill through.

Democrats Jared Golden of Maine and Kurt Schrader of Oregon joined Republicans in opposing this bill, which includes an underground rail line between Pelosi’s district and Silicon Valley. Republicans attempted to instead use those funds to help children affected by the pandemic, but Democrats needed their special rail line to Pelosi’s backyard. The bill also has funding of $129 billion for K-12 schools — but most of it won’t be spent in 2021 or even 2022. So schools won’t get the help they need until after the pandemic is over.

“95 percent of the funding in this bill isn’t even scheduled to be spent for another year, creating more uncertainty for families,” says Kevin McCarthy. “And in fact, less than 9 percent of the bill will be used to fund public health.”

The bill does accomplish some good, however. Parents will receive a tax credit of $3,600 per child under 6 and $3,000 per child up to 17 years old. Adults making up to $75,000 a year will receive $1,400 checks. All benefits are gradually phased out and disappear at income levels above $100,000 ($150,000 for joint filers). There will also be a $400 unemployment insurance bonus each week through August. There are also some benefits for businesses, like $7.2 billion for the Paycheck Protection Program.

Democrats attempted to shove a $15 minimum wage increase into the bill, but Senate rules won’t allow it. IT also includes a $129 billion handout to the medical industry in the form of COVID testing allocations.

Democrats hope to shove this broken and wasteful bill through the Senate by mid-March. The animals truly have taken over the zoo.

Very few people are charged fees to do their jobs. But joining the ranks of hairdressers and strippers may soon be White House reporters. According to reports, the Biden Administration now wants to charge reporters $170 every single time they step foot in the White House.

“Reporters who cover the White House may soon be paying what amounts to an admission fee to do their jobs,” a Washington Post report explains. ” Starting Monday, the White House’s press office said it will start charging journalists for coronavirus tests, which are required for anyone entering the White House grounds.” This puts a squeeze on news organizations, many of which already face budget issues. It also creates an atmosphere where smaller news organizations are priced out of covering the goings-on at the White House altogether. Via WaPo:

“The plan has alarmed the White House Correspondents’ Association, which represents reporters in issues affecting the presidential press corps. The organization has objected to the proposal because of the financial burden it would impose on news organizations, especially smaller ones for whom a $170 daily fee would be onerous. The fees would add up quickly for larger news organizations, too. The TV networks send as many as eight people a day to the White House grounds to report, produce and operate cameras and equipment. It would cost $1,360 a day to test an eight-person crew under the White House plan.”

This is a blatant attempt to use money to silence journalists. “It sets up a means test for White House coverage,” says one correspondents’ association member, who notes that no other federal agency has decided to tax journalists for reporting the truth.

The White House will continue to cover the cost of a small number of reporters assigned to follow the President when he travels and those attending press briefings. But this would number to fewer than a dozen.

Biden’s games must end. He is not trying to keep anyone safe. He is attempting to silence the media — the same thing he accused President Trump of doing. And we Americans should not stand for it.

President Trump announced some major plans for 2022. No, he’s not running for Senate. But he does plan to make the Senate and the House great again. In a Thursday meeting at the Mar-A-Lago, President Trump held a meeting with some of his closest allies and advisors — a meeting where he laid out his plans for the midterm elections.

The meeting included many recognizable names: former Trump campaign manager Bill Stepien, former deputy campaign manager Justin Clark, former campaign manager Brad Parscale, former White House Social Media Director Dan Scavino, and attorney Alex Cannon. Though it might seem like the former President is planning a run for Congress based on that list of names, Trump has other plans — a new super PAC intended to elect only the best. Politico reports:

Lewandowski, himself a former campaign manager for Trump in 2016, did not respond to requests for comment. In a statement, Trump spokesman Jason Miller said the former president will announce more details about his political operation “in the coming weeks.

“MAGA supporters and candidates supporting President Trump’s America First agenda are going to be impressed with the political operation being built out here,” Miller said. “We expect formal announcements of the full team in the coming weeks, which will include some very talented operatives not yet named.”

President Trump may not be in office anymore and it is unclear if he plans to run again in 2024, but it’s clear that he plans to remain a major player in the Republican Party. And given his popularity among conservatives, the President can play a major role in mobilizing patriots for the important midterm elections at a time when taking back Congress is imperative.

President Trump also says he hopes to use the opportunity to “engage” in the 2022 election and “exact revenge” on Republicans like Mitch McConnell, who are not loyal to him, and men like Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, for not “overturning the election.”

It’s unclear what Trump plans specifically, but he is expected to share more at his appearance at CPAC on Sunday.

According to ‘View’ host Joy Behar, any attempt to investigate New York Governor Andrew Cuomo for sexually harassing a woman to the point that she feared him must be met with yet another investigation into President Trump. Sure, the President has successfully faced down two impeachment attempts — one while he was a private citizen — and been found innocent. He’s weathered numerous investigations, some of which are ongoing. To date, Democrats have found nothing to use against him. But Behar says that none of that matters — a legitimate investigation into Cuomo makes yet another tired Donald Trump witch hunt necessary.

Former Cuomo staffer Lindsey Boylan revealed on Medium that she had gone through years of torture at Cuomo’s hands, with the Governor making numerous unwanted advances that included asking her to play strip poker and forcing a kiss on her. According to Boylan, this behavior was well-known and even “normalized” by her fellow female staffers. But just like when Tara Reade bravely told of her experiences with Joe Biden, the Left is in full attack mode.

On Thursday’s edition of The View, Behar came out swinging — but not at Cuomo. “I think they’re pretty bad. His office has denied the allegations, but they’re pretty specific,” Behar said. “They have been corroborated by at least one other aide, so it definitely merits investigation. I’m sure the Democrats will be quick to remove him if it all comes out in the wash because that’s what the Democrats do. Case in point, Al Franken. Bye-bye.”

She could have stopped there and she might have made a well-reasoned point. Franken, for example, was gone in three seconds after allegations against him surfaced. However, Tara Reade’s credible allegations against Joe Biden were ignored by Behar despite her championing the cause of a woman who threw fake and disproven allegations at Brett Kavanaugh. Naturally, as she likes to pick and choose which women to support Behar demanded a price for an investigation into the credible allegations made by the former Cuomo staffer — investigations into Donald Trump, Kavanaugh, and Jim Jordan.

While it’s true that all three of these men were accused of various improprieties, all three have been exonerated. But that’s not good enough for Behar.

“So I would like to also add that these allegations should be taken seriously and thoroughly investigated just like the following; Jim Jordan, for covering up and failing to report sexual abuse of minors by former members of the Ohio State University wrestling team, Brett Kavanaugh, the FBI did a hurried three-day investigation into credible claims from multiple women,” she said, adding:

“Remember that? It was, like, ‘Oh, we’re done. We’re done. And of course, Donald Trump himself, who is accused of upwards of 25 women who have accused him of sexual misconduct. If you are going to investigate Cuomo, you better investigate these other people. That’s all I’m saying.”

President Trump has been investigated enough. Kavanaugh? Definitely enough? Jordan? He was also investigated. Her problem isn’t with a lack of investigations, but that she didn’t like the results of them. The Left wants to punish their enemies. They don’t care about justice or right and wrong. Just exacting vengeance.

Life keeps getting worse for New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. Not only was he caught lying about COVID numbers in nursing homes, but now a former staffer is speaking out about her terrible experiences working under him. Lindsey Boylan spoke out on Medium, where she recounted her horrific experiences.

“Let’s play strip poker” isn’t something you’d normally expect to hear from an employer. But Boylan says that that’s exactly what happened on an October 2017 flight home from an event in Western New York — on a taxpayer-funded jet, no less.

We were flying home from an October 2017 event in Western New York on his taxpayer-funded jet. He was seated facing me, so close our knees almost touched. His press aide was to my right and a state trooper behind us.

“That’s exactly what I was thinking,” I responded sarcastically and awkwardly. I tried to play it cool. But in that moment, I realized just how acquiescent I had become.

Governor Andrew Cuomo has created a culture within his administration where sexual harassment and bullying is so pervasive that it is not only condoned but expected. His inappropriate behavior toward women was an affirmation that he liked you, that you must be doing something right. He used intimidation to silence his critics. And if you dared to speak up, you would face consequences.

“I’m compelled to tell my story because no woman should feel forced to hide their experiences of workplace intimidation, harassment and humiliation — not by the Governor or anyone else,” Cuomo’s victim writes. She says that she expects a bunch of Cuomo’s sycophants to attack her like Biden’s did with Tara Reade.

Boylan says she tried to speak up after Cuomo kissed her without her consent, but was “reprimanded” for her decision to stand up for herself. “After that, my fears worsened,” Boylan says. “I came to work nauseous every day.”

“My relationship with his senior team — mostly women — grew hostile after I started speaking up for myself,” she adds. “I was reprimanded and told to get in line by his top aides, but I could no longer ignore it.” She felt it necessary to quit because of the harassment she faced.

Cuomo’s victim says she truly began to “fear” him in December 2016, when the inappropriate gestures became more frequent — complete with references to Monica Lewinski with a cigar box Clinton gifted Cuomo used as a prop. Apparently the governor had become convinced that she looked like a rumored ex-girlfriend of his — so much so that he began calling her “Lisa,” the woman’s name, around the office. And then, of course, there was the kiss.

Cuomo is a horrible human being. It’s good that someone is brave enough to speak out about it.
