Joy Behar: We Have To Investigate Trump Again If We Investigate Cuomo’s Misdeeds

According to ‘View’ host Joy Behar, any attempt to investigate New York Governor Andrew Cuomo for sexually harassing a woman to the point that she feared him must be met with yet another investigation into President Trump. Sure, the President has successfully faced down two impeachment attempts — one while he was a private citizen — and been found innocent. He’s weathered numerous investigations, some of which are ongoing. To date, Democrats have found nothing to use against him. But Behar says that none of that matters — a legitimate investigation into Cuomo makes yet another tired Donald Trump witch hunt necessary.

Former Cuomo staffer Lindsey Boylan revealed on Medium that she had gone through years of torture at Cuomo’s hands, with the Governor making numerous unwanted advances that included asking her to play strip poker and forcing a kiss on her. According to Boylan, this behavior was well-known and even “normalized” by her fellow female staffers. But just like when Tara Reade bravely told of her experiences with Joe Biden, the Left is in full attack mode.

On Thursday’s edition of The View, Behar came out swinging — but not at Cuomo. “I think they’re pretty bad. His office has denied the allegations, but they’re pretty specific,” Behar said. “They have been corroborated by at least one other aide, so it definitely merits investigation. I’m sure the Democrats will be quick to remove him if it all comes out in the wash because that’s what the Democrats do. Case in point, Al Franken. Bye-bye.”

She could have stopped there and she might have made a well-reasoned point. Franken, for example, was gone in three seconds after allegations against him surfaced. However, Tara Reade’s credible allegations against Joe Biden were ignored by Behar despite her championing the cause of a woman who threw fake and disproven allegations at Brett Kavanaugh. Naturally, as she likes to pick and choose which women to support Behar demanded a price for an investigation into the credible allegations made by the former Cuomo staffer — investigations into Donald Trump, Kavanaugh, and Jim Jordan.

While it’s true that all three of these men were accused of various improprieties, all three have been exonerated. But that’s not good enough for Behar.

“So I would like to also add that these allegations should be taken seriously and thoroughly investigated just like the following; Jim Jordan, for covering up and failing to report sexual abuse of minors by former members of the Ohio State University wrestling team, Brett Kavanaugh, the FBI did a hurried three-day investigation into credible claims from multiple women,” she said, adding:

“Remember that? It was, like, ‘Oh, we’re done. We’re done. And of course, Donald Trump himself, who is accused of upwards of 25 women who have accused him of sexual misconduct. If you are going to investigate Cuomo, you better investigate these other people. That’s all I’m saying.”

President Trump has been investigated enough. Kavanaugh? Definitely enough? Jordan? He was also investigated. Her problem isn’t with a lack of investigations, but that she didn’t like the results of them. The Left wants to punish their enemies. They don’t care about justice or right and wrong. Just exacting vengeance.

Former Cuomo Staffer Accuses Him Of Sexual Harassment

Life keeps getting worse for New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. Not only was he caught lying about COVID numbers in nursing homes, but now a former staffer is speaking out about her terrible experiences working under him. Lindsey Boylan spoke out on Medium, where she recounted her horrific experiences.

“Let’s play strip poker” isn’t something you’d normally expect to hear from an employer. But Boylan says that that’s exactly what happened on an October 2017 flight home from an event in Western New York — on a taxpayer-funded jet, no less.

We were flying home from an October 2017 event in Western New York on his taxpayer-funded jet. He was seated facing me, so close our knees almost touched. His press aide was to my right and a state trooper behind us.

“That’s exactly what I was thinking,” I responded sarcastically and awkwardly. I tried to play it cool. But in that moment, I realized just how acquiescent I had become.

Governor Andrew Cuomo has created a culture within his administration where sexual harassment and bullying is so pervasive that it is not only condoned but expected. His inappropriate behavior toward women was an affirmation that he liked you, that you must be doing something right. He used intimidation to silence his critics. And if you dared to speak up, you would face consequences.

“I’m compelled to tell my story because no woman should feel forced to hide their experiences of workplace intimidation, harassment and humiliation — not by the Governor or anyone else,” Cuomo’s victim writes. She says that she expects a bunch of Cuomo’s sycophants to attack her like Biden’s did with Tara Reade.

Boylan says she tried to speak up after Cuomo kissed her without her consent, but was “reprimanded” for her decision to stand up for herself. “After that, my fears worsened,” Boylan says. “I came to work nauseous every day.”

“My relationship with his senior team — mostly women — grew hostile after I started speaking up for myself,” she adds. “I was reprimanded and told to get in line by his top aides, but I could no longer ignore it.” She felt it necessary to quit because of the harassment she faced.

Cuomo’s victim says she truly began to “fear” him in December 2016, when the inappropriate gestures became more frequent — complete with references to Monica Lewinski with a cigar box Clinton gifted Cuomo used as a prop. Apparently the governor had become convinced that she looked like a rumored ex-girlfriend of his — so much so that he began calling her “Lisa,” the woman’s name, around the office. And then, of course, there was the kiss.

Cuomo is a horrible human being. It’s good that someone is brave enough to speak out about it.

A Democrat Congressman decided to be childish after Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, the Left’s favorite punching bag, voted against the so-called Equality Act, which would force girls to compete with any male who claims he is a woman in school sports.

Sports are separated by gender for a reason — fairness. Allowing boys to participate in girls’ sports can have disastrous effects. Cece Telfer, for example, failed when she competed in track as a man. But once they “became a woman,” they managed to win the 2019 NCAA women’s track national championship. This bill is so ridiculous, that Democrat Tulsi Gabbard teamed up with Republican Markwayne Mullin to stop it so that a “level playing field” could be maintained. The pair introduced the Protect Women’s Sports Act, which would maintain a biological distinction between men and women on the field — no matter what they choose to be in their private lives.

Marjorie Taylor Greene opposed, understandably, the deceptively-named Equality Act. This led Democrat Rep. Marie Newman to throw a massive tantrum. In an attempt to rattle MTG, the Democrat hung a transgender flag right outside her office:

But Greene isn’t one to back down. She responded by hanging something of her own — a sign that reads “There are two genders, male & female. Trust the science.”

In another tweet, just to clear up any confusion Democrats might have, Greene said, “God created ONLY TWO genders.”

Democrats love to attack our religious liberties and force us to accept some abhorrent things. Greene is one of the most reliable Republicans when it comes to standing up to the bullies on the Left. Unfortunately, with Democrats in control, we are in real danger of passing this horrendous legislation. It’s up to us to stand with Greene and say no to corrupting girls’ and women’s sports.

5 Counties Try To Secede From Leftist Oregon And Join Idaho

Five counties in deep-blue Oregon want to make a change. Not a change of leadership, but a change of venue. Specifically, these counties want to leave the Beaver State altogether and join Idaho.

The Washington Times reports that Baker, Grant, Lake, Malheur and Sherman counties may become part of Idaho after the next election. The Move Oregon’s Border, or Greater Idaho, initiative managed to qualify for the May 18 special election:

“Oregon is a powder keg because counties that belong in a red-state like Idaho are ruled by Portlanders,” said Mike McCarter, president of Move Oregon’s Border, in a statement.

He cited the impact of Democratic Gov. Kate Brown’s novel coronavirus restrictions; ongoing Antifa unrest in Portland; a state task force’s unsuccessful effort to prioritize “Black, Indigenous and people of color” for novel coronavirus vaccines, and what he described as the state legislature’s bias in favor of Portland over rural communities.

“This state protects Antifa arsonists, not normal Oregonians, it prioritizes one race above another for vaccines and program money and in the school curriculum, and it prioritizes Willamette Valley above rural Oregon,” McCarter says.

Abandoning Oregon may be the right move. The Left hates conservatives, and we find ourselves facing discrimination in blue states. Right now, people in these Red counties are held hostage, forced to deal with being treated like second-class citizens. They wouldn’t be in Idaho, where support for the GOP is much higher.

It’s unclear if this effort to expand Idaho’s border at the expense of Oregon will be successful, but it has the potential to change both states — and the national political landscape — for good. We’ll be eagerly watching the results of this. If it can happen successfully in Oregon, why not New York? California? The possibilities are endless.

Romney Admits Trump Is Our Best Hope To Beat Biden In 2024

Democrats are shaking in their boots. They have painted all conservatives as terrorists. They have run us off social media. They have shut down social media that accepts us. They have twice impeached President Trump on made-up charges. They’re terrified. And so are their allies in the Republican Party — allies like Mitt Romney, who has attacked Trump repeatedly. But now, Romney has made a startling admission.

Recently, President Trump has hinted both at a 2024 run and his own political party. This is a huge deal, as half of Trump voters say they would follow him to another party and abandon the GOP altogether. In other words, despite the attacks both from in and outside the house, President Trump still has massive support in the GOP. And Romney? He says that he wouldn’t vote for him — but admits that President Trump is still in charge.

 “He has by far the largest voice and a big impact in my party,” the Never-Trumper says. “I don’t know if he’s planning to run in 2024 or not, but if he does, I’m pretty sure he would win the nomination.”

Many, including President Trump’s son, wonder when Romney will just leave the party he so clearly hates:

President Trump is making a speech at CPAC, where he is expected to make a “show of force” to remind everyone that he’s still in charge. It’s also possible that he may announce a 2024 run, but many close to the President are unsure if he feels like a rematch with Joe Biden and the Democrats’ trickery.

It’s unclear what the future holds, but one thing is certain — the Republican Party needs Donald Trump, not the other way around. He could singlehandedly save the GOP or bring about its destruction by forming a rival political party that would steal away support from Republicans. People like Romney and his Never-Trump allies need to quit playing with fire, because they are close to getting burned.

Democrats Lobby To Get Fox News Taken Off Air

Democrats are continuing their mission to silence conservatives. They have branded us terrorists. They have driven us largely from social media. They have marginalized us in every way possible — or so we thought. Now, the Left wants to get Fox News taken off the air, presumably just because Donald Trump likes it.

Reps. Anna Eshoo and Jerry McNerney, both from California, sent letters on Monday to cable and streaming services demanding that Fox and other channels be removed from the airwaves. These two members of the House Energy and House Subcommittee on Communications and Technology question the “ethical principles” of TV stations that dare show news that is aimed at non-liberal audiences.

 “Some purported news outlets have long been misinformation rumor mills and conspiracy theory hotbeds that produce content that leads to real harm,” the letter falsely claims.  “Misinformation on TV has led to our current polluted information environment that radicalizes individuals to commit seditious acts and rejects public health best practices, among other issues in our public discourse.”

Then, the Democrats launch into a major lie — that Fox News and other conservative-leaning stations are directly responsible for the violence at the January 6 protest, where numerous Democrats were arrested as part of the alleged pro-Trump rebel army. Eshoo and McNerney ask providers if they have taken action against conservative-leaning stations that report the news:

Have you taken any adverse actions against a channel, including Fox News, Newsmax, and OANN, for using your platform to disseminate disinformation related directly or indirectly to the November 3, 2020 elections, the January 6, 2021 Capitol insurrection, or COVID-19 misinformation?

The letter was sent to Comcast, Verizon, Amazon, Google, Hulu, Apple, and even Roku and asks them to justify why they offer channels like OANN, Fox News, and Newsmax TV — all favorites of President Trump’s.

This is a clear attempt to silence conservative voices — and to further punish President Trump for serving his country. The Subcommittee on Communications and Technology plan to hold a hearing entitled “Fanning the Flames: Disinformation and Extremism in the Media.” So buckle up. Democrats plan to make the next four years a very bumpy ride.

Trump May Make Major 2024 Announcement At CPAC

President Trump is set to make a major announcement at CPAC this year. Though social media companies have worked tirelessly to silence him and the media has painted him as a terrorist leader, Americans still love Donald Trump — and he plans to use CPAC as an opportunity to let people know he isn’t sitting around idle as Joe Biden and the Democrats destroy America.

Business Insider reports that Trump’s appearance at CPAC will be a “show of force” intended to expand and maintain his leadership of the Republican Party.. Trump is expected to touch on a number of topics in his speech, including Joe Biden’s destruction of the former President’s immigration reform measures, the future of the Republican Party, and his own future. President Trump will likely also discuss certain traitors in the party who turned against him.

Trump is due to speak at the event on Sunday — his first public speech since leaving office.

One of his longtime advisors told Axios’ Mike Allen that his speech will be a “show of force,” and intended to show that he still rules over the GOP, even though he is no longer president and has been barred from major social media platforms. The advisor said that his message will be: “I may not have Twitter or the Oval Office, but I’m still in charge.” 

According to Trump allies, he wants to “project the image that he will be the GOP’s presumptive 2024 nominee because they believe he is popular with the party’s base.”

Many of Trump’s allies doubt he will actually run for President again, but if he were to do that, CPAC would be the ideal place for him to make such an announcement — especially in light of news that President Trump may be starting his own political party. President Trump has also hinted at a rematch with Joe Biden. Whatever happens, CPAC is sure to be exciting.

This California Restaurant Is Bravely Defying COVID-19 Mandates

California is often known as a liberal haven, but one restaurant is taking the bravest stand against unconstitutional and ridiculous COVID-related mandates. As most of the country — especially in Blue states — cowered in fear, Burbank, California’s Tinhorn Flats refused to force people to run scared.

In every state, Americans are forced to wear masks indoors, stay six feet apart, and eat outside. But at one point in California, restaurants couldn’t even offer outdoor dining. The severity of the lockdowns vary state-to-state, but all cases share one thing in common: they are devastating to businesses.

Tinhorn Flats refused to comply with the County of Los Angeles’ ridiculous ban on outdoor dining, racking up 124 complaints during the month of December and receiving a cease and desist letter from the county in January. Through February, the health department handed the restaurant 38 citations, and Los Angeles County sued them for violating emergency health orders and county codes and — inexplicably — acting as a public nuisance. Despite all this, the restaurant vows to continue serving the community:

The owners of the restaurant minced no words when describing the city council as “pathetic losers” and a “vicious mob with pitchforks coming for that who stands against their campaign of fear.”

“I WILL NOT COMPLY AND I WILL NOT CLOSE MY BUSINESS TO THESE PATHETIC, UNAMERICAN SOCIALIST COWARDS,” a post condemning the actions of the city council says. “If need be, I will go down with my ship..”

The ban on outdoor dining was lifted in January. Despite this, the county is continuing its witch hunt. It’s time for Americans to wake up and realize that we can’t live in fear. If Dr. Fauci is right and this virus isn’t going away anytime soon, we need to adjust to living with it — not hiding from it.

Why Don’t Democrats Want Biden To Control Our Nuclear Weapons?

President* Biden has a problem. His fellow Democrats don’t seem to trust him with our nuclear arsenal. According to left-leaning Politico, dozens of House Democrats have stepped forward to demand that Joe Biden relinquish control of our nuclear arsenal, promoting the question: what information do they have that we the people don’t?

Ever since before the election, it was clear to most of us that Joe Biden has cognitive issues. We’ve watched him stumble around mumbling to himself and otherwise acting in a manner that gives the impression that he’s completely mentally impaired. While some leftists called our this very apparent cognitive decline, most on the Left said that Republicans were simply smearing Biden anytime it was mentioned. Now that Biden is in office, Democrats must deal with the consequences of their lies — and one way of doing so seems to be to strip Biden of his ability to nuke other countries.

The Politico report says that nearly three dozen Democrats in the House of Representatives have demanded that Biden give up control:

Nearly three dozen House Democrats on Monday called on Biden to relinquish his sole authority to launch nuclear weapons, in the latest appeal to reform the command-and-control structure so that no single person can initiate a nuclear war.

“…Vesting one person with this authority entails real risks,” states the letter spearheaded by Rep. Jimmy Panetta of California. “Past presidents have threatened to attack other countries with nuclear weapons or exhibited behavior that caused other officials to express concern about the president’s judgment.“

“While any president would presumably consult with advisors before ordering a nuclear attack, there is no requirement to do so,” the letter adds. “The military is obligated to carry out the order if they assess it is legal under the laws of war. Under the current posture of U.S. nuclear forces, that attack would happen in minutes.”

Democrats often criticized President Trump simply for having the ability to use our nation’s nuclear arsenal. And while they were willing to initiate phony impeachment hearings twice, they didn’t once try to stop President Trump from having the ability to use nuclear weapons — something they clearly don’t trust Biden’s judgment on.

Trump Officially Files Appeal To Return To Facebook

President Trump isn’t taking his ban from Facebook and Instagram lying down. Following the January 6 protest that got a little out of hand, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms banned President Trump because he was blamed as the instigator of what leftists call a terrorist attack. The President’s accounts were shut down following his attempt to calm the crowd and get them to go home. But if you hear Facebook or other social media sited describe it, President Trump is a menace.

“We believe the risks of allowing the President to continue to use our service during this period are simply too great. Therefore, we are extending the block we have placed on his Facebook and Instagram accounts indefinitely and for at least the next two weeks until the peaceful transition of power is complete,” Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg said after banning the President, who told protesters to “go home” and that “we have to have peace.” President Trump says he has filed an appeal with Facebook’s Review Board:

Former Danish Prime Minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt, who is a co-chair of the oversight board, told UK’s Channel 4 News that they are currently looking into the appeal concerning Trump’s Facebook and Instagram accounts. The board was set up to be an independent group to hear users’ appeals and is comprised of 19 former politicians, journalists, and academics.

“It’s a very high profile case but that is exactly why the Oversight Board was created in the first place,” Thorning-Schmidt said.

In a statement to The Epoch Times, the board confirmed that “a user statement has been received in the case before the Oversight Board concerning President Trump’s Facebook and Instagram accounts.”

“We will have no further comment concerning that statement until the Board has issued its decision,” they added.

The Board has 90 days to review the appeal. Though President Trump used Twitter heavily during his tenure, he says that he has no intention of returning to the bird app.

“It’s become very boring. We don’t want to go back to Twitter,” President Trump told Newsmax’s Greg Kelly Wednesday. “I’ll tell you, it’s not the same. If you look at what’s going on with Twitter, I understand that it’s become very boring and millions of people are leaving.”

“We were being really harassed on Twitter. They were putting up all sorts of flags. They were flagging almost anything you see, everything I was saying was being flagged,” Trump says. “It’s just disgraceful.”

It’s unclear whether President Trump’s appeal will succeed, but it will be good to see him come back, if Facebook decides to do the right thing.
